Very clean rooms and excellent staff at front desk. They upgraded me to a larger room. And gave a free moon cake gift. Breakfast also had a fantastic buffet spread. Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay there again.

Room is well decorated and with good supply. The bell person is very caring and to ensure that I settled in the room comfortably. The breakfast is amazing - varieties of food just makes me want to stay and eat the whole day. 😀

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is new but far away from the center. We also had breakfast and afternoon tea. Both were very delicious and in a way comfortable. We asked reception for afternoon tea at 12.45pm and they said okay. So I ate the food (not much, but enough and nice) and then went outside. The breakfast is also rich like every 5 star hotel.

The rooms are really handsome. One issue - the air conditioning is set at one temperature for the ENTIRE hotel - that is why I have facilities low. Check-in at 10pm, my room was 28 degrees and there was no way I was staying there - the young door man, I believe it was LEO, saved the day, offering me a room on the colder side of the hotel, at 22 degrees. Downgraded in the process - not Leo's issue, I am sure. Hotels reputation is so related to their staff.
