Artino Hotel Silom Reviews

Location was a 2 minute walk from Silom Road. Kind and efficient service at the front desk. Rooms had clean sheets and towels, but corners of the room were a bit dirty. Room itself was spacious, and bed was a medium firmess- super comfortable!

I forgot to renew my stay and was notified when it was too late. I couldn't renew my stay after I was notified. It's such a rip-off.

The room size of this hotel is OK, but the bathroom is artificially designed to be very small

For a girl traveling alone 📍Location This location is very good ~ The site is located in the city center, making it easy to go anywhere! The lively neighborhood is on the other side, not noisy at all 📍Room equipment It's clean and bright, and the room is just the right size. Although there is no wardrobe, there are upright clothes racks for hanging clothes. The sink is outside the toilet together with the table. It's not big but it's enough! 📍Small drawbacks The toilet door has no buffer, so be careful when closing the door or it will make a loud sound~ The refrigerator cabinet looks old due to leaks and moisture. Overall it's very good. I will definitely stay again if I have the chance~~~~

Charge for additional towels. The bathroom glass door is slammed so hard that the sound startles me. I stayed one night for a short stay to go to Mahanakhon The Standard the next day. *This is a Korean motel-level room. There was no table so I had trouble ordering food to be delivered. It was a really disappointing accommodation for our couple. I just slept. *ah! There is a 7-Eleven convenience store on the left side of the building, and in front of it you can have a delicious meal at a street restaurant for 80 baht for any menu item.

Very quiet and clean

We stayed at the Artino hotel for a couple of nights on a short visit to Bangkok. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The room was very nice, clean and with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The location is good if you want to spend time around Lumphini/Silom (the Mahanakhon building is only a short walk away). Any further and you need to take a taxi or BTS. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back next time we are in Bangkok.

Location; just a ten minute walk from Sala Daeng BTS, easy to get to and a pleasant walk. Artino is in a quiet neighborhood on a side street off Covent Road. There's a 7/11 just a one minute walk out the door and a very nice iced-soda stand next door for those hot afternoons. The room was very comfy and clean. The bed was very comfortable with pillows to match. The A/C is very good and quiet. I barely knew it was even on. The bathroom was small but nice. The water is hot, the water flow strong. The pool is small but it's a nice place to 'chill' on those hot afternoons. I was probably the only one to use it the week I was there! The water is clean and comfortable, just the right temperature. The staff are young, very friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for any better. Overall, I will be back. Next time I will get a larger room and try it out. As for breakfast, Convent Road is the best place. I believe it's called 'Noodle Street' and has many tasty possibilities.

I stayed for five nights with Test and Go package. When I arrived I had to be quarantine in the room with no food or drink to offer from 10 am to late afternoon. The reception tole me to help myself to order food on line where I had no idea how to order it. I don't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
