The hotel is super convenient, only about a 3 to 5-minute walk from the station. It offers great value for money, with fantastic photo opportunities overlooking the Kurobe Gorge. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes. For dinner, you can even choose a hotpot to cook at your table, and they also feature local Hokuriku specialties.

It was very clean! All the staff were very attentive and helpful. In winter, there's even a fireworks display, which was beautiful.

Very nice hotel. Convenient location, nice onsen. The only draw back was the coffee, very bad taste.

1. Took the free shuttle from the airport to Toyama Station, then the electric train from Toyama Station to Unazuki. Once there, you can either walk to the hotel, it's not too far, or ask the hotel to pick you up. 2. The hot spring bath isn't huge, but it's decent. They also have private baths available for an additional fee. 3. The dinner buffet was very crowded with a wide variety of dishes. Many of the staff weren't Japanese, making it feel very international. Breakfast was just so-so. You can also take the scenic train nearby.

Extremely satisfied with this trip. The hotel's hot spring was exceptional, and it wasn't crowded. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. It was very quiet and clean, and I would definitely come back given the chance. Highly recommended.

One of the most spacious rooms I've ever stayed in! Onsens were great and not too crowded. We were offered a free ride to the station without prior booking. Buffet dinner was really tasty and one of the better ones I've had.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good. There were a large variety of dishes, and they were replenished quickly. The staff was polite and professional in dealing with the guests. As we didn't want housekeeping services on the second day of our stay, we were pleasantly surprised when a box with all the daily amenities was delivered to our room. It was a well run hotel with thoughtful touches to make the guests feel at home.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, the hot spring views were beautiful, and the service was warm and attentive. Both breakfast and dinner offered a rich variety of options. It was a great experience.

Overall the property is very good, clean, new and well maintained. Only the dinner service was In buffet style and choices of food is not up to the standard of this Onsen. Breakfast is served in buffet is fine. WiFi is weak. Staff service is very good.
