I love that hotel because service is so good so cooperating spicaly I thanks for information girl really so help me for fast train spical thanks for that sister Anyway good hotel

They room was really nice with nice view,but location is a but far from masjid al haram and there is not much restaurant options near by. Service wasn’t very good specially even after we tel them to clean 2 times they didn’t clean it

We have a very good time in this hotel. The room were clean. Distance to Haram was not an issue because they provide shuttle for us. We can easily get taxi outside the hotel. Everything was great. We love and enjoy our moment in Mekah.

Comfortable accommodation at an affordable price. A preferred hotel for performing Umrah, even though it’s a bit farther away, it provides a free shuttle service every 10 minutes to Masjid al-Haram. Suitable for young people looking to experience performing Umrah independently. A peaceful atmosphere with excellent service.

Nice but bad service

Location isn’t the ideal as you have to take 2 buses to get to Haram, other than that no complaints. Clean and tidy rooms.

The way to AL Haram is not easy and takes time  Sahed from reception is Ms. No, she never accepts or does anything good  Salwa from the call center is just wow  not a flexible hotel at all 

Very convinience for couples & families... will book again in future... the staff very professional...

A very nice hotel. The only issue is the location, a bit far from the Harem. But there is a free shuttle between the hotel and the Harem.

The hotel is very nice and well equipped. The toiletries have everything you need. The personnel are not friendly and bus leaves are most of the time late.

Horrible  They mixed up my room  Transportation was nothing as promised
