The sahur spread is sooo good, imam for tahjood is a plus. We enjoyed our stay much.

They room was really nice with nice view,but location is a but far from masjid al haram and there is not much restaurant options near by. Service wasn’t very good specially even after we tel them to clean 2 times they didn’t clean it

We have a very good time in this hotel. The room were clean. Distance to Haram was not an issue because they provide shuttle for us. We can easily get taxi outside the hotel. Everything was great. We love and enjoy our moment in Mekah.

Comfortable accommodation at an affordable price. A preferred hotel for performing Umrah, even though it’s a bit farther away, it provides a free shuttle service every 10 minutes to Masjid al-Haram. Suitable for young people looking to experience performing Umrah independently. A peaceful atmosphere with excellent service.

Nice but bad service

Wonderful Stay at M Mecca Hotel by Millennium I recently stayed at M Mecca Hotel by Millennium for 5 nights and had a truly pleasant experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very welcoming and peaceful. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel at home. They were not only friendly and accommodating but also very fluent in English, which made communication smooth and easy. The hotel room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities provided. I also appreciated that breakfast was included in the package—it offered a wide variety of delicious food options, and I was pleasantly surprised to see new items added each day. The restaurant staff were equally welcoming and provided excellent service. One of the highlights of the stay was the 24/7 shuttle service to and from the Haram, which was extremely convenient. However, there is some room for improvement in terms of efficiency. Having a fixed schedule for shuttle departure and arrival times would make the service even better, rather than relying on an open or on-demand system. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely consider coming back. Highly recommended!

Hotel was ok with all amenities but not very clean. Room service was poor and shuttle for Haram was very slow.

The service was ok,. Howeve, r our room was extremely dusty. We had to ask the cleaning Guy to vacuum the room. Regards,

Nice stay for umrah theres free shuttle bus to take you there and plenty of food shops nearby

Location isn’t the ideal as you have to take 2 buses to get to Haram, other than that no complaints. Clean and tidy rooms.

Good Location.The only issue being rooms need to be tidy enough and need proper cleanliness.

The way to AL Haram is not easy and takes time  Sahed from reception is Ms. No, she never accepts or does anything good  Salwa from the call center is just wow  not a flexible hotel at all
