"The shuttle bus was 15 minutes late arriving at the airport. And I have to pay for early admission to my room. But otherwise it is a good hotel, with residence rooms where you can cook your own food. The kitchen has a big fridge, a microwave, a cook top, pots and pans and cutlery. There is no salt or oil but there is a big supermarket just across the street. I need to cook my special meals due to medical issues and this hotel is perfect for me. There is also an Olive Young store right next to the hotel and a bigger Olive Young not far, where you can shop Korean skincare products. There are also a lot of restaurants outside and inside the hotel. The hotel owners are a couple, very nice and helpful, especially the lady. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The location was excellent and very convenient. I especially appreciated having a convenience store inside the hotel which made everything so easy. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and assisted me with every request. The airport shuttle was another major plus and made travel seamless. I also ordered the American breakfast through room service, and it was quite good.
The only concern I noticed was that the bedsheets and towels had a strong cologne scent, which was a bit overwhelming."

Front desk agent person Sylvia Jeong(only remember last name sorry) professionally greated, explaned about the accomodation and what i am entitled with highly experienced attitude and knoweldge. Helped me to purchase club access to enjoy food and the club access;
Not only her; but on the way to the suite, every paradise team members greeted, asked if help is needed and i was very much satisfied. I had strong impression the IR must have strong management team to bring up the service level this high.
Turnndown service i requested for 1830hrs was accomodated without a problem or any delay, club food was good, team members at the lounge was helping each other with big smile regardless of their department or duty which i believe team members should be very proud of themselves.
Paradise city is a big IR property. I was not expecting this high level of service quaility. They really are the top notch, i felt, experienxed like i am staying in the 200 rooms and below, small luxuary resort kind of detailed service experience.
I will definetly revisit."

"This is my second time in this hotel and this time super **** service! Check-in at 15:00. My flight arrived at 06:00 am, so is means that I already can't make check in from the previous day according the rules of hotel and still can't check in for new day! I call to reception and girl not speak English, she translate me in translaitor that I can check in earlier if I pay 11.000 won per hour ( available from 10:00 am , and till 15:00 it will cost 55.000 won!!! Extra money to that that I already paid for this day! ) OKAY I wait in GS25 store near by like homeless with all my baggage from 08:00 am to 15:00!!! And hotel not provide luggage storage. Even I was ready to pay just let it somewhere, but hotel not help with this. And this is hotel near airport! Where this kind of things must be more loyal.. So after 15 hours flight I wait check in outside in cold weather with bags in my hands for 7 hours, highly not recommend this place, I never will back to this place again"

Just a heads-up: there's no airport pick-up service. For drop-off service, you need to book it upon check-in, and it's on a first-come, first-served basis."

"The room was better than I expected! They were so nice and upgraded my room. I was really in a lot of pain so the sauna was very helpful. There were fresh towels wrapped in their logo. I thought it was the cutest thing and the fact that they even have a flat iron was amazing along with hairspray. I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s a cute boutique hotel and I highly recommend it’s about a 15 to 20 minute ride from the airport so catch a Uber or take the train there and they give you a free ride to the airport the next morning and their shuttle"
