"Overall, it was alright, but there are still many areas for improvement. We went specifically for the private soaking tub in the courtyard, but after my partner and I painstakingly cleaned it, the owner said it was leaking and had an electrical problem and couldn't be used. They told us we could use another tub in another courtyard. We decided against it; it was too much trouble. They should have told us before check-in. The breakfast sandwiches were just average in taste and had limited variety. The room door wouldn't close properly; it required a lot of force. We even killed a cockroach on the bed. The night view was beautiful, and the service was good; they gave us complimentary snow fungus and pear soup. However, the details need further improvement."
