The hotel lobby is very upscale. The room was very clean. We upgraded to a pool room, which is close to the water but not humid, and has a dehumidifier. The Cantonese cuisine in the Chinese restaurant is great, the most delicious I've had in Hainan in the past few days. However, FD Manager - Cristina and her team changed my mind. Good feeling and experience in staying 2 nights which upgraded to lake view with high floor. And the welcome coffee biscuit that my daughter loved it the most. Appreciated at all arrangements!

It's a large Nanyang-style hotel with a good natural environment. There is a bath on the balcony of the room. If you stay in winter, there should be a hot spring to soak in. Overall, the facilities are too old and the breakfast is average.
