This apartment is on the man made island - it is a little hard to find the reception especially if you don’t speak Chinese. The apartment itself is perfect with everything you need. It has a lovely big balcony and the aircon works very well. It is still slightly under construction- so not all the elevators work at the moment (quite a long wait most times) The island itself is not really where all the action happens - so best to rent a scooter as there is always heavy traffic to get on and off the island.

The bar street was very lively at night. It was a young man's world. The small electric motorcycle is very convenient to go anywhere. We arrived at 30 yuan for 2 hours. Generally 80 days. It is not cheap to eat downstairs. The mutton skewers are 8 pieces of beef skewers and 9 pieces of large and small are not recommended. Ramen 25 is acceptable for one night. The room is very transparent and clean. It has all the facilities, you can even cook, and there is a refrigerator. You can see the sea from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The sea view is great. The bed is very comfortable when sleeping, not too hard or too soft. . There are many places to eat just a few steps downstairs, and the categories are also very rich. They have everything from Northeastern barbecue to Chongqing hot pot, and they all taste good. The distance to the beach is super close, so you can rent an electric car to fully experience the island style.

I saw it on Xiaohongshu. The overall experience was very good. I booked a two-bedroom apartment for four adults and a baby. The price was very cheap. It was an apartment-style hotel on the island. The decoration was a normal family room. decoration. I think it is well worth the price. The housekeeper service is very enthusiastic and the pots and pans are delivered quickly. It is definitely not comparable to a hotel, but it is suitable for family travel. It is very close to the beach and you can also see the sea from the balcony of the room. . The overall convenience is very high, and the cost-effectiveness is very high during the off-season. I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time! !

The apartment was lovely. I wasn’t given a seaview room as described but since it was conveniently located on 2nd floor, I didn’t ask to be moved. The view of the neighborhood was decent enough. The building is about two minutes walk from the restaurant zone on the peninsula and about ten minutes walk from the beach. NOTE: building Z2-1 is not marked - it’s the huge block of apartments with the property management shop on the ground floor after the Z2-2 and Z2-3 chalets. The address on the listing is for the apartment where the reception is located.

In a community in Shenzhou Peninsula, the community environment is OK, the building is quite new, the room is quite big. It was cloudy or rainy during the two days I stayed there, so the scenery outside was not very good.
It is very close to the beach, just a short walk away. The waves were very big those days, and the beach environment was quite good.
The bathroom is really super big. The occupancy rate of the community is not high, and few lights are on at night. There are many similar communities around.
The mattress is too hard. I suggest the store to change the mattress. It is too hard and not as comfortable as lying on the sofa.
The prices in the surrounding area are too high. Look at the prices of ramen restaurants, and the noodles are also very small. A portion of fried noodles is gone in two chopsticks.
I originally thought that eating in the cafeteria of the community club was expensive, but compared with the surrounding restaurants including takeout, it was still cheap. It’s just that the cafeteria uses a plate to get food, and the price of meat and vegetables is different. On average, 30 per person can eat full.
On the last day of leaving, the water was cut off in the morning, and I couldn’t take a shower even if I wanted to. It was really embarrassing.

I was very happy to live this time. I went out across the road to Shimei Bay, next to the observation deck, and I could eat next to the community. There is a swimming pool in the community that is very clean and hygienic. You can rent a small electric downstairs. The property can help collect express delivery. You can see the sea in the house, the scenery is beautiful, the balcony is large, the house is very clean, you can cook, and the family is very comfortable living in it. This time there was a little accident. I was very panicked. The housekeeper has been comforting me that it doesn't matter. The mood is too stable. It will be solved soon. It is a moving batch. The community where the hotel is located does not allow cars to enter. After arriving at the parking lot near the hotel, contact the hotel to have a dedicated battery car to pick up people and luggage. The parking fee is 8 yuan, with no time limit, which is the total fee for entering and leaving the scenic area.

The location is close to the exit of the peninsula and next to the commercial street, making it very convenient for eating and shopping. GGuest UserNice and cozy apartment just off the main road of Riyue Bay, at a very reasonable price.
Finding the room at night was a bit hard as there were no corridor lights, and some of the doors needed repair. But once inside the room everything is perfect.
Service was wonderful. My butler 管家 was attentive and very responsive, whether in the evenings and mornings.
If you're just looking to chill and surf, or for family water activities this lace is great. If you're looking to go sightseeing then it would be worth looking outside the island.

Go upstairs to find the waiter. The room I lived in had no sunlight in the innermost area and was next to the building next to it. The TV was broken and couldn't be turned on, and the WiFi couldn't be connected. I stayed for two days without cleaning the room.
