The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the room looks exactly like the pictures. As someone particular about pillows, I slept incredibly well. They thoughtfully provided two types of pillows, allowing me to choose the one that suited me best. The breakfast was also quite good. If you're looking to visit the bar street, this is the place to stay—it's only a 6-minute walk away, so convenient! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. ❤️

We chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Wanning for this trip, and it completely exceeded our expectations! We even extended our stay by an extra day. It was a perfect seaside holiday experience! The hotel is located on a peninsula, boasting stunning ocean views and close proximity to the Peninsula Commercial Street, and it's only a 15-minute drive from the high-speed rail station, making travel incredibly convenient. Our experience ambassador, Cherry 🍒, provided exceptional service that elevated our entire stay. The service was impeccable, and we'll definitely be back!

I was a bit apprehensive at first, seeing the mixed reviews online, but the moment we were waiting to check in, our amazing butler, Mile, contacted me and offered to handle the check-in process directly. Throughout our stay, her service was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. She went above and beyond, tirelessly answering my requests for the buggy at any hour – truly exceptional attentiveness that brought our trip to a perfect close!. As for the hotel itself, we booked a two-bedroom villa, and contrary to some online comments, it wasn't damp at all, even though it rained during our stay. The cleanliness was also satisfactory. The room was very spacious and perfectly comfortable for our family of five. We also enjoyed a continuous flow of welcome drinks and complimentary fruit platters and cakes upon arrival, which many five-star hotels don't even offer. The only minor drawback was breakfast; it was just too crowded. I had to queue at 9:00 AM on the first day and again at 10:20 AM on the second day. Everything else was absolutely perfect, and I look forward to visiting again!

Everything was great, except the price during Chinese New Year was indeed very high. If it were in the 800-1000 range, I think it would be a fantastic hotel. I really loved the environment; after seeing too much of the sea, experiencing tropical nature felt really refreshing and met my expectations. All the staff were very enthusiastic, and the shuttle service offered unlimited rides to nearby attractions. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Compared to the Westin I'm staying at now, I'd much rather be there; this place feels like a chaotic market with almost zero service.

Stepping into the guesthouse, I was struck by the wall covered with motorcycle pictures, which suggests the owner is a sports and motorcycle enthusiast. The guesthouse was clean overall, with a quiet environment amidst the hustle and bustle. There were even casually placed beanbag chairs, a fully equipped barbecue grill, a pool table, and a Smith game table. I wish the owner great success in his business!

My best friend and I came to Wanning for vacation and came across Baima Manor. After checking out the reviews and photos, we booked it without hesitation! The result exceeded our expectations! Environment: The outdoor common area has a swimming pool 🏊, coconut trees 🌴, lounge chairs, a large lawn, and adorable cats and chicks. There's also a coffee shop and electric carts. Nestled against the mountains and by the water, it's so relaxing! The room provides disposable toiletries, towels, and slippers, which is very convenient. The room lights are also beautiful! Great for taking photos! The entire decor is floral-themed, both retro and sophisticated. There's even a tea table where the owner invites you to have tea, fruit, and local sweets. Cleanliness: Very clean. Whether it's the lawn in the common areas or the rooms, everything is spotless, tidy, and comfortable, with no unpleasant odors. Service: The two beautiful ladies and handsome young man who own the place are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel like you're visiting a friend's or family home. They even made tea and coffee for us—very welcoming! They recommended great local places and helped us avoid bad experiences. They even upgraded our room for free, which was fantastic! We didn't want our trip to end here, even though we only stayed for three days. We'll definitely come back for a month-long stay next time! This place is perfect for a slow-paced lifestyle—so relaxing and comfortable!

The hotel overall exceeded my expectations. The room was well-lit, impeccably clean, and the facilities were complete and functional. The staff were very kind and responded promptly to all requests. The surrounding area is very convenient, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making dining and shopping easy. I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a self-service breakfast, and upon check-in, the staff even gave me a complimentary souvenir. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes' ride from the train station. There are shopping malls around it, which makes travel very convenient. The hotel service attitude is very good. The room is equipped with smart Xiaodu, which is very convenient and the children like it very much. The hotel's hygiene is to change after each guest, which makes me feel relieved. I will choose Hillyue Wanning Hotel next time!

An absolutely wonderful and unforgettable stay. The six-bed room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an en-suite shower. Everything is designed to make getting around easy: electric scooters are available at a very reasonable price, and an electric scooter is even provided free of charge for short trips, which is a real bonus. The free transfers between the train station and the hostel (both ways) are a real plus and make arrival and departure very simple. But what truly sets this place apart is the manager: exceptionally kind, always available, attentive, and ready to help in any situation, even generously offering food. If I ever return to Hainan, this will be the only place I stay without hesitation. The location is also ideal for exploring the island: Sanya and Haikou are less than an hour away by train. A huge thank you to the manager for his warm welcome and remarkable hospitality.
