"I saw a CCTV report and was drawn to this hotel, and indeed, as the first wave pool hotel in China, it lives up to its reputation. The hotel's location also offers many unique advantages. The design of the park's architecture and vegetation is novel and distinctive. Both during the day under the sun and at night under the streetlights, the scenery will not disappoint strolling travelers. During my vacation stay, I'd like to thank Manager DY for their prompt responsiveness, as well as all the other attentive and enthusiastic staff members in various positions. The entire trip was very pleasant. See you next holiday!"

"This trip to Hainan was with my 70-year-old mother, and our first stop was the Westin Shimei Bay in Wanning. I booked a package that included many excellent services. What stood out was our late arrival at Sanya Airport on the first day, at 7:40 PM. The driver called us at just the right time, while we were on the airport shuttle bus. He mentioned we were his only guests that night, so he picked us up in a business van. He didn't wait until 9 PM to leave; we departed from the airport around 8:15 PM. The driver was experienced and drove very steadily, thumbs up! 👍 We arrived at the hotel around 9:40 PM. Check-in was smooth, and the concierge, a lovely lady, provided excellent service and even arranged a complimentary late check-out. I regret not booking more days this time; we didn't go anywhere else, just relaxed, swam, and relaxed some more at the hotel. I'll definitely come back for another vacation. The sea at Shimei Bay is beautiful."

"For our first stop on our Hainan trip with two adults, two children, and two seniors, we chose the classic Sheraton. The location is absolutely amazing, perfect for watching the sunset. The overall environment is serene, and the greenery is beautiful. The rooms are spotless, and the facilities are well-maintained. Our butler, Peter, provided meticulous service, patiently offering recommendations for activities and dining. The pool water was very clean and warm, and there were little crabs on the beach. There were also plenty of children's activities, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation without leaving the hotel. Five stars to Peter!"

There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Shimei Bay Jiajing Island Ziyou Lu Yacht Club, Wanning Sea-hunting Holy Land and Xiling Park all nearby. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Wanning hotel provides parking on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"Originally, I had planned to stay in Sanya for a week, but then I fell in love with the courtyard pool room at Le Méridien and spontaneously changed my itinerary to stay in Wanning for two days.
The hotel's public areas are aesthetically pleasing, very well-designed and sophisticated. Every photo taken there turns out great. I also loved the courtyard room; it has a private courtyard and pool, offering excellent privacy. The facilities were also good; they didn't feel old at all.
The only downside was that a typhoon hit during my two-day stay, bringing continuous heavy rain. The hotel's surrounding amenities are quite limited; I didn't know what to do besides staying in the room. The food options nearby were also mediocre. However, the hotel gym is exceptionally well-equipped, with more machines than many five-star hotels I've stayed in, which is a big plus.
The hotel breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of delicious options.
I want to give a special shout-out to our butler, Nikki. She was incredibly thoughtful. Due to the bad weather and continuous rain, she kindly arranged for us to have 5 complimentary laundry items and an upgrade to breakfast at the Horizon Seaview restaurant, which made up for the inconvenience of the heavy rain.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with this trip. It would probably be even better if I could visit Wanning again when the weather is good next time."

"The hotel environment is lovely, surrounded by greenery and far from the hustle and bustle. The two shops on the beach are perfect spots to watch the sunset. It shares a pool with the neighboring Sheraton; the Sheraton's pool is 1.5m deep, suitable for adults, while Four Points' 1.2m pool is great for families with children. We also had 'Caicai' as our butler for our stay, who provided excellent service. Any issues we had were promptly resolved by the butler."

"This time the hotel wasn't very busy, so I didn't have to wait for my room. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially asking about my check-in preferences. In the afternoon, when I was heading out, I even saw a big mascot in the lobby who interacted with me, which made my stay feel super nice. There were also little squirrels, super cute! "The hotel room was basically clean, and the beach was within walking distance. The pool was quite large, but with people trying out paddleboarding and surfing, it felt a bit crowded and chaotic for kids to swim in. The hotel's second phase is still under renovation, and you could clearly hear the sound of drills near the pool, starting promptly at 8 AM. The guests next door and their children were noisy until midnight, but a call to the front desk resolved the issue promptly. Upon check-out the next day, they even offered small lotions as an apology. The uploaded picture shows the sea view from the room for reference."

"Unexpectedly, choosing this B&B turned out to be an amazing surprise! The overall environment is serene and elegant, and the surroundings are quiet and pleasant, making it perfect for a relaxing stroll. The room's decor is exquisite and beautiful, with tasteful and inviting soft furnishings. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, the bedding clean and odor-free, and the bathroom amenities complete and tidy. I had a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The host was incredibly warm and attentive, responding quickly to everything from check-in instructions to daily needs, and patiently and thoroughly answering any questions I had. The service was impeccable yet unobtrusive. The common areas are meticulously maintained, showing care in every detail. The value for money far exceeds other accommodations in the same price range. It's ideal for both short trips and longer, relaxing stays. My entire experience was perfect, without a single disappointment. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely prioritize booking here again next time!"

"Originally planned to surf in the sea, but opted for China Travel Surfing considering safety concerns. It turned out to be a complete and unexpected surprise! This place is much bigger than I imagined, and the landscaping is meticulously designed – thankfully, there are golf carts on call, which is super convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and patient. The room was clean and tidy, and the double sinks in the bathroom were a huge plus for me. Breakfast served until 1:30 PM is perfect for us late risers. The surf pool is much more beginner-friendly than the actual beach, and the coach was excellent; I managed to stand on the board on my very first try! I'll definitely be back~"
