Best location and best hotel in Dadonghai Sanya. direct tunnel walkway to the sea from hotel. Spectacular breakfast with western and Chinese flavor. even picky eaters will walk away with full belly.
Room is spacious, modern and with breathtaking views of the sea. Be sure to get the sea view room with breakfast. it's worth it.
Hotel staff is good. if you have any questions or problems ask for manager Jim . he is the best in hospitality and service.
the hotel has two swimming pools. one for kids and one for adults on top floor.
it would be even better if the pools are heated and the have a jacuzzi by pool area.
Hope they keep up the good service, strive for even better and be prosperous.

The location of the hotel is prime, however there are some construction sites near the hotel which made it quite noisy at times. Due to this, the hotel staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite (shown in the pictures) overlooking the beautiful view. We were also blessed to have Wendy, a client liaison, assigned to us to attend to our needs. She shared helped tips and activities.
Though the view is stunning, there are helicopters flying to and from the island to which this hotel is looking. Be informed that this does spoil a peaceful atmosphere when being in the room or on the balcony.
The food was great, as there was a wide variety of dishes and sitting outside topped off the holding feeling.

Ocean Sonic Resort was an absolute delight for our family vacation! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Nimo in particular was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure all our needs were met.A big thank you to Nimo for making our stay a wonderful experience.
The resort itself is fantastic, with incredible swimming pools that are perfect for families. They had fun foam parties for the kids every single day, which they absolutely loved. The beach is just a short walk across the street, providing easy access to the beautiful ocean.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. We felt right at home during our stay. The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
The amenities, activities, and customer service at Ocean Sonic Resort are top-notch. We couldn't have asked for a better family vacation spot. We'll definitely be returning in the future!

We loved this quaint little place. Off the main shopping street so it’s a bit less busy but still close enough to make for easy access. Right on the beach which is both a good thing and potentially a slight issue for those wanting a place that is quiet at night. You will have to deal with the club music from a couple other beachside places who play loud music (albeit good and live) until 23:00 every night. The highlights for us would be the service which was incredibly nice and helpful. The resident dog was also a big highlight for us as she (Muo Muo) was so sweet. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the facilities were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t have an issue with late night music.

I stayed only one night at this hotel and I took advantage of at least two gifts which were offered; one was a 10% discount at the spa within the hotel, and the second one was free pictures. Although those guys ripped me off as I had to add extra money to get the other not so nice pictures but I liked a few of the photos they took anyway(the last 3 pics were taken by them). My room was on the 5th floor and the staff helped me get my bags to and from the room. Breakfast was also good.
I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I am to visit Sanya in the future.

It is very suitable for a family or several families to live together. It should be very popular recently. The room type we booked was out of stock. The housekeeper upgraded our room. The experience was very good. The housekeeper service was very considerate. The takeaway was delivered to the door of the villa. All needs were met, which was very good.
The villa environment is first-class, 3-5 minutes walk from the beach, and super close to Atlantis.
The facilities inside are also very comprehensive, with everything you need, you can swim, there is a chess and card room, KTV, it feels like you can stay there all day.

I stayed here for a week during the Spring Festival two years ago and left a very good impression. This time, my family decided to stay for 10 days. The experience was as good as always. It is a hotel that cannot be faulted.
The outdoor environment is beautiful, the air is fresh, the villa has a wide view, and it is quiet and private. The interior decoration is very fine, the hardware facilities are complete, the swimming pool is very large and clean, and the private hot spring is simply too comfortable.
It is worth mentioning that the service is particularly good. I have stayed in countless hotels, and this is the only one where I see the service team coming to clean every day. I will be infected by their enthusiasm. Everyone is full of a happy atmosphere, which really makes people happy when they see it. The driver brother who picks up and drops off at the airport is also very kind and enthusiastic, which makes us feel very safe when we come and go.
I would like to especially thank and praise Xiao Zhu, the best and most thoughtful hotel butler I have ever seen. He is serious, meticulous, patient, and enthusiastic. He does his work meticulously, responds to requests, and helps take care of things within and beyond his job. Our whole family is very moved and impressed, and it deserves 100,000 points!
I will definitely stay at your house again next year!

We had an amazing time at Atlantis. True, it's not cheap to stay at the hotel. It's worth the money for the unforgettable experience.
The service was great. Professional staff who speak fluent English. They are willing to do everything to make sure guests are happy.
Amenities are also impressive. It's so easy to go and enjoy the aquarium and water world. We were able to get some rest during a busy stay.
Absolutely kid friendly. It does get quite busy during the winter school break.

We recently stayed at a villa in Sanya through Trip.com and also experienced the wonderful hospitality of The Palace Resort Yalong Bay Sanya. From the moment we arrived, Bill, a staff member at the resort, added us on WeChat and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for us.
While January was a bit chilly, we only used the Villa pool on the first day. However, the resort has a hot jacuzzi by the pool in Villa, which was perfect for the cooler weather. We simply messaged Bill on WeChat, and he promptly ensured we had access to it, which was a great touch.
The resort’s location is excellent, with Yalong Bay beach just a short distance away, making it very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids under 10 years old, the free indoor play center within the resort is a fantastic feature. Our children had an amazing time there, and it added so much value to our stay.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this resort. The combination of beautiful surroundings, family-friendly amenities, and exceptional service from staff like Bill made our trip truly memorable. We can’t wait to visit again!

Electric cars can be rented nearby, which is quite convenient for traveling. The housekeeper is also very attentive and will remind you of the safety matters that need to be paid attention to. Most importantly, it is not far from the beach.

GGuest UserFacilities: The public area of the hotel is a little old, but the price-performance ratio is really high. It is very close to the beach, just across the road.
Hygiene: The room is very clean and the auntie cleans it in a timely manner.
Environment: Thanks to Miss Wen Huiting for upgrading us to a sea view room. You can see the sea from the balcony, which is very beautiful.
Service: The service is enthusiastic. Call the front desk to borrow a blood pressure monitor, and the staff will help us pick it up and send it; Miss Wen Huiting and a handsome guy from Northeast China are very enthusiastic and gave us a lot of help! Thank you!

Parking is convenient and the service is warm and thoughtful. It is a highly recommended hotel for family travel. The sea view room can see the sunrise🌅

酒店其實是五星的。但隔壁鄰居家的狗減了一星，沒來之前看評論説有狗叫，還以為住客太矯情。住過才知道，那衹狗是真煩人啊。住了兩天，每天晚上半夜11點40到12點50之間必叫一陣。早上5點開始叫，又是一大陣。本來鄉間民宿整體環境就很靜，狗一叫喚就太清晰了，根本沒法入睡。那衹狗簡直就是衹**，衹要路過個人就狂吠，主人也不管，懷疑跟民宿老闆有過節是故意的。這狗以後得出名，住過的人評論會越來越多的，得趕緊想辦法除掉它，否則這口碑真是會倒。白瞎這麼好的民宿了，環境優雅，還有泳池，每晚6點温泉水注入。早餐雖説馬馬虎虎但也對的起這個價格。前台禮貌，服務到位。但出來玩的都是遠道而來的客人，累了一天或者好幾天了，晚上再休息不好的話，真的就很難受了。如果睡覺輕的人，基本不用鬧鐘了。。。這狗子也奇怪，白天不叫，就大晚上叫喚。清晨叫喚，都是最困的時候。另外減半星的是酒店的熱水系統可能是穩壓泵出問題了，洗澡水水壓不穩，忽冷忽熱。這個可以找個專業水工來調試一下，一般是穩壓罐漏氣了或者泵缺相了，很好修。否則洗澡的時候熱水太燙冷水太涼，沒有穩定適中的温度。畢竟三亞並沒有想象中那麼熱。還有減半星的地方就是入住贈送兩瓶飲料。但連住的話第二天不贈。這種經營理念是不對的。如果把連住分開預訂。是不是應該每天都贈送？因為都是新入住。但能連續入住的，都是粘性比較好的客户，更應該用服務維護客源。兩瓶飲料頂多四塊錢，本來挺好的服務，愣是讓顧客第二天產生心裏落差，那還不如第一天不送，然後最後一天送。當做連住用户的答謝，服務效果更好。做酒店，一是拼品質，二是拼情調。但最終拼的還是服務理念。因為覺得這家做的真不錯，不希望以後做倒閉了，就提一些淺薄意見吧。希望以後來三亞，還會入住田園河畔精品民宿。另外泳池裡的透明船是個危險隱患，同時入住的有一對小姐妹，划船的時候翻了，姐姐游出去了，妹妹被船倒扣在船裏了。小孩才1.2米多一點。幸虧我父親在泳池旁，給救了出來，否則後果不堪設想。雖説做事但憑良心不求回報，可那對孩子的母親一點也沒當回事，甚至連聲感謝都沒説，實在令人心寒。那艘船的確很容易翻，我帶孩子玩的時候都是站水裡扶着。不過拍照的確很出片，看得出老闆也是一個有情調的人。總之酒店不錯，有入睡特別沉，不怕夜晚吵鬧的人可以一住體驗。但我還是勸老闆，儘早想辦法除掉那衹狗，它跟你這店犯沖，根本不是正常的叫法，邪性的很。

The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities and equipment are relatively new. I like this very much. It would be nice if the night vision light on the curtain control panel could be turned off.
You can take a private bath indoors (no bathing in special circumstances). There is a swimming pool, children's play pool and hot spring pool outdoors. They are very clean. I saw the staff cleaning the bottom of the pool today, which is great ~
The hotel housekeepers Zhang Shangzhi, Tang Xiaocui and Wang Xiaoni provide warm and thoughtful service, making people feel at home, great👍

This is a newly opened homestay, and the hygiene is definitely impeccable. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and proactive in helping with suitcases. She is also very helpful with parking or check-out. In the off-season when there are no guests, the water in the swimming pool will be replaced with new water. It is recommended for self-driving travel because it is more convenient. In addition, the new decoration has a bit of smell, but we checked in at the beginning of April, so there should be no smell at this time or in May.
