The location of the hotel is prime, however there are some construction sites near the hotel which made it quite noisy at times. Due to this, the hotel staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite (shown in the pictures) overlooking the beautiful view. We were also blessed to have Wendy, a client liaison, assigned to us to attend to our needs. She shared helped tips and activities.
Though the view is stunning, there are helicopters flying to and from the island to which this hotel is looking. Be informed that this does spoil a peaceful atmosphere when being in the room or on the balcony.
The food was great, as there was a wide variety of dishes and sitting outside topped off the holding feeling.

This is an amazing luxury hotel by the Starwood Group. The interiors are breathtaking and we felt so pampered by the staff. Hospitality and personal touch by the staff were top-notch. Spectacular ocean view and it was a beautiful sight to wake up to every morning. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the birthday gesture by the hotel was also very thoughtful. Extremely satisfied and v well done!!

The resort is a fantstic get away from a busy life style.
It has a lot of things you can do throughout the day.
As part of our stay we had the opportunity to go over the rope bridge and the glass bridge.
We also did the zip line and visited the pet venue.
We wanted to do the guided forest tour but it was only in chinese so we opted out. A suggestion would be to have an option in english as well.
We communicated with customer service Xiao Chen every day for our daily transportation from one place to the other. Everything run very smoothly 👌
Everyone was very friendly.
We will definitely come back again.

Since we arrived at the hotel early, the hotel rooms were not available yet, and the room type we booked had not been cleaned. I worked overtime the day before and almost didn't sleep all night. This is not the first time I have stayed at Jinghai Holiday Hotel. I stayed there for a long time during the weight loss training camp. Excellent location. Pretty good breakfast. Nice amenities and layout. Cleanliness okay, though a little worn and dated in places, particularly the carpets outside of the rooms in the halls. Additional fees for use of pool floaties and towels. Use of extra water naturally incurred fees but also an aggressive knocking and doorbell ringing in the middle of the day to give me the receipt for the waters, waking us up from a nap for no good reason... Would prefer if the fee was simply noted at checkout.
Overall pretty good and worth the price.

There’s nothing to complain about this gorgeous hotel. From check in to check out, the service was fantastic on the hotel’s end. They take care of the luggage as you get off the car. After checking in, the staff walked us to our room and explained where everything was and to contact her if we needed anything. They made sure we had the right size robes and slippers for the kids and sent us a welcome fruit basket. The view was breathtaking. Beds and linens were soft and comfortable. The restaurants gave excellent service as well. Room service was fantastic. The water park food stalls are the only ones that were rude. The only other complaint I have is the staff that works at the breakfast buffet. When other restaurant guests cut in line, they still serve them instead of telling them to get in line. It’s a big culture shock as 9 out of 10 people here don’t get in line unless the staff insists and not serve them. The water park could use clearer signs. And some slides were closed due to staff shortage. That was a bit disappointing. The hotel swimming pool is beautiful. Night swimming was one of my son’s favorite part of the trip. We did the beluga whale encounter and it was so worth it. The staffs were really nice. That definitely made an unforgettable trip. At the end, the hotel even left us a gift of 2 stuff animal whales. So happy they gave us 2 so my kids can each have one. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Sanya. FYI, you’re going to need translation app if you don’t speak Chinese because other than the staff that was assigned to help us, nobody speaks or understands English.

YYoungjuskiI had a lot of thoughts about my accommodation when I went to Hainan this time, but I don't regret choosing Pullman. One of the staff, Nicky, helped me without any inconveniences during the check-in and check-out, so I was able to stay very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and I could order food from Breezebar to the pool, and the BBQ was delicious. If I go again, I will visit Nicky again, and I will choose Pullman.

As a senior travel enthusiast, I travel between business trips and vacations all year round, and have my own insights into the hotel's service quality and facility experience. Grand Hyatt Hotel left a deep impression on me. Whether it is the overall environment of the hotel or the meticulousness of the service staff, I have benefited a lot from this trip.
First, let me talk about the hotel environment. Sanya Haitang Bay is located in the southeast of Sanya City and is one of the most beautiful bays in Sanya. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and sea, covering a vast area, surrounded by green trees and sunny. As soon as you walk into the hotel lobby, you can feel a comfortable and comfortable atmosphere. The lobby is decorated in elegant style, with the fresh atmosphere of citrus and sea breeze everywhere. The public areas of the hotel are designed in a simple and elegant manner, whether they are swimming pools, gyms, restaurants or bars.
The room I stayed in was the Supreme Sea View Room, which was very spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the hotel's garden. The interior of the room is elegantly decorated, with exquisite furnishings, everything is available, the bathroom is spacious and bright, and is equipped with a separate bathtub and shower. Importantly, the bedding in the room was very comfortable and I slept very sweetly every night.

The only suggestion I have is to have more staffs stand by at the entrance/reception area. When our taxi arrived, no one was there to greet us nor helped us take our luggage from the trunk. It was the same case for departing. No one was there again to load out luggage to our taxi.
Other than this, it was a lovely experience and will recommend to others.

GGuest UserThis was our second time at this hotel, and on this occasion we stayed for ten days. It is a great resort-hotel, with three pools, several restaurants, a quiet beach right next to it, and loads of other facilities. It even has a pair of ostriches. The hotel is very child-friendly and our five year old loved his time at the hotel. The staff were amazingly friendly. The only slight drawback is that is in a quiet bay which is a considerable distance from the centre of Sanya: at times that is an advantage, at times it is a bit annoying.

GGuest UserStaying at Crowne Plaza was an absolute joy. I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had. The area where the hotel is located is peaceful and serene. The rooms are clean and specious. I was so pleased to get an upgrade although the season seems to be really busy here. The sea view is stunning. The hotel has got an amazing pool as well with all amenities needed. It was just lovely to relax and unwind next to the pool or at the balcony. All the meals were delicious, especially breakfast. Perhaps staff/waiters at the restaurant could work on their communication in English which would make them more approachable. The absolute highlight was meeting an exceptionally skilled and professional member of staff Spring, who’s responsible for guests relations. His English was amazing and he was extremely helpful, from the moment I checked in to the very last minute of my stay at the hotel. He made my stay here even more special. Overall, I must say that the Crowne Plaza hotel in Sanya and their staff have exceeded my expectations and I am so looking forward to being back.

AAndrew CWAThis hotel was amazing. When I arrived the conceirge came to collect our suitcase, and I thaught that this gesture was excellent. Checking in was quick and smoothly done. How could forget to highlight hotel manager called ”Sweet” she was fabulous and professional, she made me wanting to extend my stay at this hotel immediately. Sweet is very sweet indeed, she is just like her name. People, when you book this hotel, just let Manager Sweet take care of you. You not regret it. Beach is nearby as well but not from the property, walking distance away. Omg there is more, the lobby area is gorgeously arranged, there is an amazing play area for kids, the room I stayed in had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The only issue I had was the pool water which what frigid. The hotel should consider heating a section of the pool. Overall, 5 stars rating for this hotel and Manager Sweet, thank you very much. Well done.

LLucileJeanThe hotel is in the preserved area of Haitang bay, the sea is cleaner and have less mass tourism. It’s far from Sanya city but you have restaurants 6 minutes by car or can order food. The hotel has great swimming pools where we spent all day ! There are pool for children so if you want to be in a more quiet area you can go to another pool. The park is huge and have beautiful landscapes. The beach is so pretty. All the staff were so nice (very few can speak English) when we arrived Murca小刘 made a WeChat group so it was easy to communicate and everyday he made sure we were ok and send us recommendations of things to do. It was a great time to relax in this paradise, you don’t need to go out of hotel. Breakfast was gigantic, you have for every taste ! Rooms are big with a big balcony, you need to be careful of insects, there are some because of the natural area, but staff was careful to clean very well!

AArKar25This is our second trip to Sanya and Yalong Bay, and it's the second time we have stayed in this hotel for an extended period, like 10 days. The last time we were here was in 2022 during Covid, and everything was different. This time, we were able to enjoy the hotel, and the hotel's location is very good, too. It's so close to Yalong Bay. The hotel has its own swimming pools where kids can enjoy a lot of fun activities. The rooms were cleaned every day, and special thanks to Steve, who always helped us. The only thing we didn’t like about this hotel is that the furniture is a bit old, and the mattresses are not so comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel is almost the same every day. Also, it seems that food theft from the canteen is an issue that the staff needs to address. This year, there were many Russian people in the hotel, which made it feel less like being in China.
