Wyndham Sanya Bay

Five stars, highly recommend Wyndham Sanya Bay! The transport links were incredibly convenient, even more so than expected. It's only 2.8 km from Phoenix Airport, a direct 15-20 minute drive, so catching an early flight was no problem at all, especially with the hotel's thoughtful complimentary airport shuttle service. A bus stop is just a hundred meters away, with multiple routes connecting to the city center, Tianya Haijiao, and other attractions. If you're driving, there's free parking which is super convenient. Sanya Bay Beach is just a few minutes' walk, and the MOHO commercial plaza is right downstairs, offering a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was warm and efficient, with check-in and check-out handled very quickly. If you're looking for a perfect balance of travel convenience and a great holiday experience in Sanya, you absolutely can't go wrong with this hotel!

The room was very spacious, clean, and hygienic. It had a large balcony with a bathtub, perfect for a soak, and offered a sea view (though a hotel in front slightly obstructed it). There's a heated pool for kids and a regular pool, plus excellent children's entertainment facilities, making it ideal for a family vacation. The butler service was fantastic 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, very attentive and thoughtful, I have to commend them. The hotel is also just a ten-minute walk to the beach.

The butler was great and very attentive. The activities were plentiful and engaging. The 'Galloping into the New Year' double afternoon tea was excellent. The 'Year of the Horse Blessings' complimentary mini-bar in the room was well-stocked. The two cinema tickets for the 'Blockbuster Cinema' were highly recommended. Service: Very enthusiastic. Cleanliness: Very clean.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was soothed by the warm lighting and fresh aroma. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, smiling throughout the entire check-in process, which was done in minutes. The room was surprisingly clean, and there were plenty of activities for families. The bedsheets and duvet covers were soft and comfortable, and the bathroom counter was spotless; even the nooks and crannies were meticulously cleaned. The view from the window was expansive, and waking up to the warm sunlight streaming into the room created such a wonderful ambiance. What impressed me most was the cleanliness and service. Housekeeping was incredibly thorough every day, and anything I needed was delivered promptly. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, all with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The location is also very convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the shopping area, making it super easy for both shopping and getting around. Next time I visit this city, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

Absolutely stunning views, I'm so delighted! Lihua Wyndham gave me the perfect vacation. The room was spacious and comfortable, and opening the window revealed blue skies and a pool. Breakfast was abundant, and all the front desk staff had genuine smiles. Breakfast was good too, and the location was convenient, close to both the beach and the city center. After staying for several days, my whole family was happy. Definitely worth recommending!

Let me start by talking about the service. The day before check-in, the butler called to go over the check-in details. Any small requests we had were basically met. After checking in, we received daily greetings and care. Any questions we had were answered very quickly, and resolved within minutes – very fast and professional. The most touching thing was that during our stay, they found out someone in our group was celebrating a birthday and specially sent us a small cake. Although the cake was small, it was full of thoughtfulness. We were very surprised and touched! Now about the hygiene: The cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were complete. Although the room was relatively simple, it had everything we needed. For example, our suite had a coffee machine. What really stood out was the washing machine. Anyone who's traveled for a few days knows that doing laundry is a major pain point, so the hotel considering this really shows how dedicated they are to providing excellent service. This is definitely our top choice in Sanya Bay, and we'll certainly come back if we have the chance! [Strong][Strong][Strong]
