Treasure Hotel! The most surprising hotel of this trip! Very beautiful villa, our family lived very comfortably ~ Although we encountered a typhoon, we had a lot of fun playing together in the villa! The experience was very good. The housekeeper service was very considerate. The takeaway was delivered to the door of the villa. All needs were met, which was very good.
The villa environment is first-class, 3-5 minutes walk from the beach, and super close to Atlantis.

A group of girlfriends came to Sanya for a tour and booked a set of audio-visual villas. The four rooms were very comfortable. CChantel BiancaIt was a great experience overall. The customer service we received was incredible. I was excited before arrival due to the level of service we received. We arrived very early in the morning and were given extra water and noodles because it was too early/late to get food anywhere. There is a small kitchen with basic utensils in the villa.
The location is great for a quiet holiday. There is a decent beach within walking distance of the villa. The area/community the villas are in is beautiful! It's a very tranquil area. There aren't any Western restaurants nearby that I could find, but there are some tasty local places. Definitely recommend bringing groceries and cooking yourself if you aren't a fan of local cuisine.
The only things that weren't the best was the hard bed (they did provide an extra comforter to use as a mattress pad, which helped) and the lack of shade/covering over the pool. It would've been perfect if there was a gazebo covering part of the pool to provide shade while relaxing throughout the day.
I will definitely be back!

The staff has been always kind and attentive to our needs. We especially enjoyed the abundant breakfast, sitting outside with a nice view over the quiet lake. Going to the beach and back is very convenient, thanks to the shuttle service, very effective and timely. We only regret we couldn’t enjoy the dinner buffet, because the music was always too loud, preventing any conversation. This can be easily improved.

The property is within walking distance of the beach and some places to eat, but you'll need to walk for 10 minutes if you're younger and 15 minutes if you have kids/older folks.
It was easy to catch a 6-seater or 4-seater car via DiDi app from this location. Sometimes these cars are just parked outside and you have to negotiate with them directly.
Over the years, the property seems to have been damaged by various guests, with heavily chipped wall edges and walls. Also, the humid weather has warped the outdoor decking. Overall, none of these things impact the enjoyment of the property.
The property is equipped with very basic Asian cooking utensils and crockery. i.e. no microwaves, no pots, but there's a wok and steamer. There are chopsticks, but no fork or spoon. If you plan to eat out this is a non-issue.
Overall, I would come back if I am travelling with a large group (6-8 people).

VVlad the TravelerWe stayed in 4 different hotels during this vacation and Pullman Yalong was by far the most disappointing one, although to be honest part of it comes from expectations. Pullman Yalong is a decent 3-4 star hotel, whose main problem is that expectations associated with the brand make it seem to be something it is not.
Chinese breakfast is actually quite decent and has a wide range including MaLaTang, if you are craving Western food though it probably isn't worth the price.
They have a big sign near the lobby recommending that you should not bring delivery food to your room, due to health and safety reasons, but feel free to ignore that. We ordered both room service and outside delivery on several occasions and deliveries were definitely a better option. Plus there is a food court and a supermarket not far from the hotel.
The pool is quite big and its lower section is well shaded as well which a plus. However it was a major disappointment that the slide was closed(long term) as well as the cool cave you might see on the hotel's photos. On top of that there are some downright ridiculous designs ideas including a horrible pool access and sharp edge stairs inside the pool.
The beach in Yalong is all public, but the access to it is limited by occasional path between some of the front row resorts. What this means in practice is that you will have a bit of a walk having to go around Marriot in Pullman's case.
The room was OK, even had a bath and a walk-in wardrobe. The high point was the balcony above the pool.
Signs of disrepair are visible around the hotel, but to be honest this seems to be the Yalong/Sanya standard at least for the 4 star hotels we stayed in.
Jacky, I hope I got the name right, who worked in the lobby/shuttle car was great though. Not because he spoke good English(which he did), but because he had a problem solving attitude and wasn't afraid to approach guests to offer help.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the Atlantis Resort. The room is clean and tidy. You can see the sea from the large balcony. The view is invincible. There is also a swimming pool downstairs. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the beach. The front desk staff is awesome. We came early, so the room has not been vacated yet. The floor we booked is relatively low. The staff upgraded us to a high floor for free. If we ordered takeout, the butler would deliver it to the room. Highly recommended.

JJeffYiuMy friends and I loved staying at Chilann, the space was really cosy and comfortable, the surroundings were quiet and we had access to eBikes so it was a short ride to the neighbouring beaches and houhai village. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, always responsive to our requests. We enjoyed the local surroundings too, especially with the fresh fruit market and local shops for food selections. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Haitang for the first time, definitely excellent value for money and a really enjoyable stay.
