This time, Mr. Li at the front desk left a lasting impression on me – he was incredibly warm, attentive, and had excellent emotional intelligence. He communicated with guests genuinely, without any perfunctory responses, and even my elderly family members expressed their sincere gratitude to him. What I noticed this trip was how few Chinese guests there were and how many Russians; during meal times, I honestly felt like I was abroad! The hotel is just as good as ever, the service remains excellent, the rooms are well-maintained, and the breakfast is great value."

"Specialist Jill was absolutely fantastic! She contacted us two days before check-in and was incredibly responsive, day or night, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. The hotel itself also exceeded my expectations. I loved everything, from the water-themed sofas in the lobby to the huge indoor and outdoor play areas. I was especially happy with my executive lounge access this time. The best part was being able to enjoy the executive lounge while also getting a room on the top floor of the West Wing, which had an amazing view. The 'Shan Hai Jing' themed room was excellent too – honestly, everything was perfect. We even went tide pooling in the reef area below the hotel. This is definitely a hotel I'd highly recommend to my friends!"

"We arrived at noon and were proactively upgraded to a sea-view room. The view from the ninth floor was indeed stunning, and the room was spotlessly clean – much better than many older five-star hotels. After all, new is always better than old. My family all thought this place was great and offered excellent value for money. I'd recommend booking it for arrival or departure. There are plenty of photo opportunities by the pool, on the beach, and by the sea. The only downside is that you can still hear airplane noise in the room, but it didn't bother me as I'm a sound sleeper. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to avoid hotels near the airport. Also, the air conditioning vent is directly above the bed, so at night, you might want to set it to a lower fan speed or direct the airflow upwards. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options. I recommend the freshly made omelets and the yogurt drinks."

Essentially, there was no service to speak of."

Our butler, CoCo, added us on WeChat the day before we arrived and even upgraded our room and gave us a late checkout – she was so accommodating! It was fantastic! We basically spent the whole time at the hotel, which just goes to show how much fun it was. It wasn't too crowded, so the kids got to do everything they wanted, and the adults could just relax. Plus, there were all sorts of swimming floats and sand toys by the pool, which was really convenient."

"Facilities: Fully equipped! Hygiene: The floor was wet upon check-in, and the overall feel was a bit damp. However, after turning on the air conditioning and airing out the room, it became very clean with almost no smell! Environment: The environment was great. We were assigned to the 19th floor, which offered excellent views. The beach was right across the street, about a 5-minute walk away. Service: The highlight was the incredibly nice service! We received a free upgrade to a Deluxe Coconut Dream King Room. I stayed for two nights, and only found out on the second night that my room had been upgraded. Plus, I was able to stay in the upgraded room for the second night. The service was absolutely outstanding! This was my first time in Sanya, and I only stayed two nights at the Sanya Bay Jinghai Hotel, not visiting any other bays. Next time, I hope to experience the bathhouse and visit attractions like Luhuitou that I missed. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel!"
