This time, Mr. Li at the front desk left a lasting impression on me – he was incredibly warm, attentive, and had excellent emotional intelligence. He communicated with guests genuinely, without any perfunctory responses, and even my elderly family members expressed their sincere gratitude to him. What I noticed this trip was how few Chinese guests there were and how many Russians; during meal times, I honestly felt like I was abroad! The hotel is just as good as ever, the service remains excellent, the rooms are well-maintained, and the breakfast is great value."

"The hotel has a restaurant, gym, and pool, along with swimming rings. Blankets and bathrobes are provided. The pool is just a short walk to the beach, which is uncrowded and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms feature Xiao Ai smart controls, and when you open the window, you're treated to sea views and can enjoy the sunset. The hotel is clean, and the staff are warm and attentive. If you need anything, a quick call ensures it's delivered within about three minutes. They also offer luggage storage and parcel reception. It's very close to the night market, and taxis to Xian Mang Night Market and other night markets are inexpensive. Also, it's very close to West Island. Downsides: The delivery robot sometimes runs out of battery, so you have to pick up your order yourself. There's no washing machine, so you have to handwash clothes, and if you have a lot, the balcony isn't big enough to hang them, so they might not dry easily."

"The location is fantastic – right by the airport with tons of great local eateries nearby, plus a duty-free mall, which is super convenient. However, the room had a strong musty smell, the window was tiny, and there was a lot of noise from the outdoor AC unit. The dehumidifier in the room was broken, but thankfully the staff were excellent. They promptly replaced the dehumidifier and even found another room for us, though unfortunately, the improvement wasn't significant. It's a good option for those with early flights as you can get a few extra hours of sleep."

"I wholeheartedly recommend Sanya Bay Mangrove Resort World! Jessica was incredibly kind and professional, assisting us from check-in to check-out with thoughtful and attentive service throughout. The resort grounds are picturesque, with lush tropical vegetation beautifully arranged, making strolls incredibly pleasant and relaxing. The popular Amazon Water Park offers a variety of thrilling attractions, and there's also an indoor children's adventure kingdom. The hotel boasts its own cinema and fitness center, and the shops in the commercial street often have great deals on sportswear. It's also very close to the airport with a shuttle bus service. You can literally enjoy your entire vacation without ever leaving the resort, making for an excellent experience."

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We had booked a panoramic sea view room online, but due to a system error, our reservation couldn't be found at check-in, and the room type we booked was fully occupied. The front desk staff handled the situation brilliantly, reconfirming our reservation in less than ten minutes and even upgrading us for free to an even higher-tier panoramic sea view suite. As soon as we entered the room, they promptly brought up a bed rail and bottle sterilizer for our child. Kid's toiletries were replenished daily, which was super convenient. The room itself was spacious, and the views were simply breathtaking. The only minor drawback is that the decor feels a bit dated by today's standards. The hotel restaurant offers an amazing view overlooking the lawn and the ocean, making breakfast incredibly pleasant. The hotel activities were also quite engaging. The sea was so blue, and the waves were so white. We definitely hope to visit again!"

"Stayed at the MGM Grand Sanya from July 22nd. Originally planned for just two nights, but the experience was so fantastic that we extended our stay for a total of four days! 🌊 The hotel has a packed schedule of daily activities! In the mornings, there are fun crafts and interactive water games, plus the kids' favorite beach crab hunt. Evenings are just as exciting with the M Show and the atmospheric beach firefly release party. Non-stop entertainment morning and night meant the kids always had something new to do and never got bored. The hotel offers direct access to Yalong Bay's fine sandy beach. The water is clean and clear, perfect for walks and amazing photos. The breakfast buffet is incredibly diverse, with a great selection of Chinese and Western dishes, as well as Hainan local specialties. There's something for everyone, adults and kids alike. Driving around was super convenient, with plenty of parking spaces. It was easy to get to Binhai Valley and other attractions. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive. Staff proactively asked about our needs daily and were always quick to respond and very thorough. With the pool, beach, and entertainment all conveniently located, there's no need to travel far. It's the perfect spot for families to relax and enjoy a resort vacation. Awesome!"

"Specialist Jill was absolutely fantastic! She contacted us two days before check-in and was incredibly responsive, day or night, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. The hotel itself also exceeded my expectations. I loved everything, from the water-themed sofas in the lobby to the huge indoor and outdoor play areas. I was especially happy with my executive lounge access this time. The best part was being able to enjoy the executive lounge while also getting a room on the top floor of the West Wing, which had an amazing view. The 'Shan Hai Jing' themed room was excellent too – honestly, everything was perfect. We even went tide pooling in the reef area below the hotel. This is definitely a hotel I'd highly recommend to my friends!"

"This was our second time staying at the hotel, and the kids were thrilled to participate in the Whale Tribe children's activities again. They were especially happy to see the enthusiastic teacher Xiao He! They made traditional incense sachets, hairpins, magic glasses, leaf bookmarks, pom-poms, taro milk cups, and also took part in fun science experiments – the kids had an absolute blast. The breakfast was exquisite as always, and the different noodle dishes offered daily at the Executive Lounge were excellent. The pool is large and clean, and the kids' water park is great fun, keeping them entertained every evening. The only minor disappointment was that there weren't as many seashells on the wild beach to the west of the hotel compared to last year."
