The service truly was impeccable, and having a dedicated butler made it even more personalized. Our room had a fantastic and expansive sea view. Unfortunately, due to overcast weather, we didn't get to see a spectacular sunset, but we were still very satisfied. The hotel is super close to the First Market, which was great for experiencing the lively night market. Lastly, I have to rave about the kids' club! It's on par with those professional play centers like 'Mouerbao' (referring to popular kids' play places). Many staff members supervise the children, allowing them to play independently. The food prices inside were also quite reasonable. Staying at this hotel and having access to such a great kids' club was incredibly good value; we spent three days playing non-stop. Highly recommended for families who want a relaxing stay while their kids have fun!"

The night view from the window was breathtaking, bringing the city lights right into the room. The facilities were excellent, and the location was fantastic, with convenient transportation. This is truly the perfect choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking quality and comfort! I especially recommend the 270-degree sea view room – it fulfills every wish; watching the sea from the balcony is simply stunning! You can even see the ocean comfortably from your bed. The hotel's buffet breakfast and dinner are also very good and offer great value for money!"

"The hotel features European-style architecture, a beautiful lobby, and even massage chairs. On the first floor, you'll find a restaurant, a convenience store, a gym, and more. The breakfast is a delicious buffet offering both Chinese and Western options. I wanted to add another breakfast, and the lovely waitress at the restaurant told me it would be cheaper to purchase it through the hotel's **livestream**, which I did. It was a great deal. I stayed for four nights in a deluxe double room with a bathtub. The room was spacious and quiet, and it was cleaned daily. If needed, the cleaning staff would change the bed linens every day. The only minor drawback was that the bathtub in the room was a bit old. I brought my own bathtub cleaner and gave it a good scrub. A hot bath before bed was very relaxing. Most of the guests staying here were from Russia, and there were staff members who spoke Russian. Nearby, there are Summer Department Store and Big Pineapple Mall, and it's about 700 meters to Lulingkou (bus stop), making transportation convenient. Plus, there are various snack shops nearby, so dinner is easily sorted. My flight was late, so I wanted to extend my check-out by two hours. The kind lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me with the late check-out. Additionally, the hotel beds are quite firm, which is perfect for people with back pain or herniated discs. My mother, who has a herniated disc, found the hotel's firm bed incredibly comfortable, and I did too. The hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again."

The pool is just a short walk to the beach, which is uncrowded and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms feature Xiao Ai smart controls, and when you open the window, you're treated to sea views and can enjoy the sunset. The hotel is clean, and the staff are warm and attentive. If you need anything, a quick call ensures it's delivered within about three minutes. They also offer luggage storage and parcel reception. It's very close to the night market, and taxis to Xian Mang Night Market and other night markets are inexpensive. Also, it's very close to West Island. Downsides: The delivery robot sometimes runs out of battery, so you have to pick up your order yourself. There's no washing machine, so you have to handwash clothes, and if you have a lot, the balcony isn't big enough to hang them, so they might not dry easily."

Her service response was very prompt, and she always provided quick answers to any questions or issues we had. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious, and the toiletries were great, with a lovely fragrance. Breakfast was plentiful; my husband absolutely loved the Roujiamo (Chinese burger) and ate a lot of it. The various local delicacies were also quite unique. There were many pool options, including paddleboard experiences. The overall design style of the hotel was also very distinctive, and we really liked it, with many eco-friendly details. In Sanya, where hotel competition is so fierce, this place is definitely worth recommending to friends!"
