The room is very spacious and the decoration is very chic. The bath space in the private soup room is also quite large. The baby is very happy. There are many special decorations in the public area. The environment is great, very comfortable and cozy. The service from the hotel staff was excellent; they helped us book tickets at a great discount. The next day, it rained, and we decided not to go up the mountain. I thought their cancellation policy would be as flexible as ** (some other place/platform), but I didn't realize we had to cancel before 7:40 AM. However, the landlady went above and beyond to successfully help us get a refund, which was wonderful. The restaurant food is genuinely delicious, especially the fish and wild mushrooms. The soups were just okay, but the chicken dish in another section looked promising, something to try next time. The food is a major draw that would make me want to come back, and I hope they maintain the quality. The private hot tub in the room is too big; it took an hour for the faucet to fill it even halfway, and it's quite high, making it a bit unsafe to step into. Adding a step stool beside it would be much better. Also, it would be great if they offered more twin-bedded rooms instead of mostly king-sized beds, which is a minor drawback.

The environment is quiet and full of Southeast Asian style. When you are inside, you will see whether you are in Yunnan or Southeast Asia. Choosing the glass room this time was absolutely the right decision! Nestled in a bamboo forest halfway up the mountain, the view is breathtaking. The biggest surprise was its location within the open-air hot spring area, making it incredibly convenient for soaking in the hot springs. The room also has its own private soaking tub, offering privacy and relaxation. Special praise goes to the service! We visited the room in person before booking, avoiding any disappointments. The butler was so considerate, even carrying our luggage from the parking lot to our room – no hassle at all. The hot spring area also offered complimentary fruit and drinks, making it incredibly relaxing to recharge after a soak. The gym and billiards room were also well-equipped. You can tell this is an established, luxury hotel with a good foundation. The decor and service are both excellent, and the hot springs are fantastic. The only minor drawback was the taste of the food at the Chinese restaurant downstairs. The air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective at cooling, but overall it was good. I would definitely come back again.

The hotel is nice. There are two roads to the mountain. The mountain road from Nuanshui Town is not easy to drive, but it is easier to drive from Rucheng. The hotel is next to the hot spring center. We booked a private bath room, which said that the pool water was brought up from the hot spring center. The room is large, the private bath is unlimited, and the accommodation experience is very good. The breakfast variety is a bit limited, and there is room for improvement.

The service can be comparable to many five-star hotels. During the Chinese New Year, the price was not deliberately raised, which is much better than some other coastal cities! The hot spring is also a real hot spring. The whole hot spring area is also relatively clean. The weather is cold. The hot spring area specially provides a heating lounge area with ginger tea and snacks. The hotel is separated by a wall by the Yucheng Hot Spring Cultural Square, and the location is quite good! I don’t know if I have been abused too much by Guangdong’s hot spring hotels. The experience of this New Year’s Eve in Pucheng is very good.
