I live in the room called Qixia. Someone knocked on the door in the middle of the night and pressed the password 6 times (lost 6 times the wrong password sound scared me to wake up), really scared me to wake up in winter! After waking up, I turned on the light and stopped pressing the password. I immediately called the housekeeper without sound at the door, and the housekeeper quickly came over. The balcony location is close to the hot spring area upstairs. There is a stairway to go straight, which is very unsafe. Then the door of the room and the location of the balcony back mountain are not monitored, there is a big safety hazard! !

The room was tiny, and the facilities felt more like a 3-star hotel. The mattress was incredibly soft; after just one night, my back was aching. The bed frame was even worse – I was afraid to even turn over because it made such a loud creaking noise. It was really disturbing at night. Even a slight movement would make the mattress shake violently, waking up anyone next to me. Honestly, this is the worst bed I've ever experienced in any hotel. For a supposed five-star establishment, the hardware really needs an upgrade.
