From the moment of arrival, you can feel the temperature of ”taking guests as family”: the concierge took the luggage from a distance, and the hot towels and welcome tea handed by the front desk lady brought the right temperature; Check-in is less than three minutes, but the details of the room type upgrade, Wi-Fi password, elevator direction and other details have been explained clearly, without sales, and thoughtful.
