GGuest UserThis is the most comfortable and satisfying homestay so far. The environment and service are both top-notch. The view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room is amazing. You can see the foggy Dongjiang River right at the door. You don't have to go to the scenic area to squeeze in with the crowds. The ladies in the shop are all very enthusiastic ❤, and the arrangements are thoughtful. The breakfast in the morning is also very delicious. I hope to come to Dongjiang Lake again and choose to stay here!

GGuest UserI was speechless. The front desk clerk called me out of nowhere while I was sleeping and asked if I had lost anything. I said no, and asked me to think carefully whether I had lost anything. She didn't tell me what the front desk had picked up. I was now afraid that I had lost something even though I hadn't lost anything. It really messed with my mentality.

TTongerExquisite Afternoon Tea: The plums were incredibly sweet! The sweetest red plums I've ever had in Chenzhou!
Hanfu Experience: My daughter was captivated upon arrival and chose a Hanfu outfit that fit her perfectly, as if it were custom-made.
We love the hotel's location—quiet amidst the hustle and bustle. Although our room faced the street, it didn't feel noisy at night; it was the best sleep we've had on our trip.
The front desk lady's service was amazing 👍 We upgraded our room upon check-in, though there was a bit of a wait. I hope they'll be able to connect better in the future.
The hotel is very family-friendly; the kids loved the slippers, toothbrushes, and other items. 💕
The room also had beautiful details. I loved the convenient trash can on the sink. The sink is large, so it's perfect for women!
We loved the souvenirs the lady gave us. 💕

Service - served by Front Office staff Wendy . Polite and pleasant lady . She waived the additional pax breakfast charge for me 👍🏼
Cleanliness - overall cleanliness is pretty good at the lobby and room. However the carpet in my room is stained at the bed area.
Amenities- standard amenities and facilities. Gym looks ok but cigarette smell lingering . Maybe due to a smoking fall. I decided not to use and did my run outside . The cafe / restaurant might be a little small. At 720 , I had to wait 15 min for a table to be available.
Choice of food western and Chinese fare available .
You should give your chef a set of proper uniforms. I observed a 大妈with a chef hat doing topping up of food.

__WeChat258094****The overall atmosphere is quite grand. When you check in in the afternoon, you will be given white fungus and lotus seeds. It is close to Yuhou Street. There are also two breakfasts and free parking. Overall, it is OK, but the room is not very soundproof.

KKenny K.Pros-No far from Chenzhou train station, two bus stops by public buses and walked about 350 metre to reach the hotel. We arrived at Chenzhou West High Speed Train station (which is far away from the city centre) from Guangzhou and there is regular public bus plying the route between the two train stations. So transportion in between is easy and cheap with two Yuan bus fare per person. If you do not have the bus apps for digital payment, prepared One dollar Chinese Yuan note or coins before hand to pay in cash.
Cons-No lift and registration for the stay may take longer for foreigners as the computer system is not updated for the latest Visa free countries.

Environment: It is located near the high-speed rail station and far from places to eat. It is recommended to travel by car.
Service: The lady at the front desk was enthusiastic and proactive when checking in. Since the room booked did not include breakfast, I was considering leaving in a hurry the next day and asked about the hotel's breakfast charges. The lady enthusiastically gave me a breakfast coupon.

GGuest UserIt was originally a 3.5-hour drive from Guangzhou to Mangshan, but during the Spring Festival, the traffic jam took 6 hours. The hotel is just at the west gate of Mangshan. It was originally said that we could check in at 3 o'clock, but we called at 2 o'clock and found that there were rooms available for check-in. The lobby is very grand, and the check-in was very fast. The room is super big, with two 1.35-meter beds, a sofa, and a desk, which is very convenient for children to do homework. It is enough for a family of four. There are many hot spring pools, and the best one is the outdoor infinity pool. The water temperature is 42.8℃, which is not cold at all. It is very photogenic. The whole family is very satisfied, and it is worth it!

Shopping and transportation are very convenient. There are also free roasted sweet potatoes. Highly recommended.
