"I found this hotel on Ctrip. It's said to be one of the best five-star hotels in Chenzhou. The lobby exudes the grandeur expected of a five-star hotel. The front desk representative, Xiao Ou, was warm and attentive, always accommodating my needs. Seeing I was traveling with my child, she upgraded me to a quieter room and provided breakfast for my child—such a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and tidy. While it didn't have the automatic curtains and other features of some smart hotels, the service more than made up for it. The cleaning lady noticed I was doing laundry and brought me laundry detergent. She also provided a variety of fruits every day. The breakfast was rich and varied, including Chenzhou specialties like fish noodles and pig-killing noodles, which my children loved."

"Facilities: The hotel has been open for some years, so the facilities aren't super new, but the room was quite spacious and had pretty much everything you'd need. There's no minibar in the room. The swimming pool is open from 3 PM to just past 9 PM. The hotel is surrounded by schools, so there are plenty of small eateries and restaurants nearby. The soundproofing in the rooms could use some improvement... Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: The hotel is quite close to the highway exit, which is convenient. Service: The bellboy in the lobby was very polite. When we were leaving, he proactively and warmly greeted us, helped with our luggage, and even brought it to the car. I forgot his name, I don't think I saw a name tag on his uniform. The hotel breakfast was all very clean, and the variety was quite rich."

"It's okay! Just like before! Facilities: Alright. Hygiene: Alright. As raindrops tapped against the windowpane, I was tidying up old books. A yellowed copy of ”Andersen's Fairy Tales” slipped out, and from its pages fluttered a clumsily folded paper boat, stained with dried blue watercolor—a ”sailing dream” my grandma taught me to fold when I was seven. I remember it was raining just like that day. We squatted under the old eaves, her rough fingers deftly folding a discarded medicine leaflet into a small boat. She said, ”As long as your heart is sincere, a paper boat can float to the sea.” I believed her, put the boat into the puddle in front of the door, and chased it down half the alley until I tripped over a stone, and the paper boat sank. Grandma didn't laugh at me; she just gently brushed the mud off my knee and said, ”It's okay, we'll fold another one tomorrow.”"

"The hotel environment is comfortable, the family room is cute and clean. The room has a cinema screen and includes iQiyi membership. My dad watched the Premier League live broadcast on the night we checked in. The hotel service is good and check-in is quick. Since there were three of us adults, we called customer service to ask for an extra bath towel, which was delivered quickly. The Internet suddenly went offline while watching football in the evening. The hotel staff immediately helped us change rooms and even gave us snacks to apologize. There is a coffee shop and a Chaoshan beef hot pot restaurant downstairs, so you don’t have to go far for dinner. It's easy to take a taxi and go to the high-speed rail station or Yuhou Street. However, the breakfast arrangement needs to be improved. The restaurant is relatively small. There was a tour group on the first morning. I guess they left at 8 o'clock, so they occupied the entire restaurant at 7 o'clock. We had a hard time finding a seat (the table in the lobby was not open), and Food and drinks were not added in time, making it difficult to eat. When my mother was waiting for noodles, she was stood in line by someone. The person even yelled at her, saying she didn't stand in line because she was getting eggs. The quality of these elderly tour groups is very poor. The next day we went downstairs for breakfast after 8 o'clock to avoid this group of people and enjoy breakfast slowly. It is recommended that if the hotel receives a tour group, it first reminds the guests to have breakfast at a staggered time with the tour group or to provide additional seats."

"The itinerary was basic, but the hotel was anything but. We stayed at a truly elegant hotel on the other side of the Xiaodong River. I pondered for a long time what words to describe it. It had a wabi-sabi feel, yet the details were human and warm. It had a traditional style, yet the rooms reflected a technological and modern aesthetic. Finally, I realized this might be the ”quality” we were looking for. It's said that the owner had previously worked as a teacher, then achieved financial independence by starting a tech company. In his 50s, he built a hotel, freed from worldly scrutiny and able to design and operate it to his own taste. In the evening, I sat in the lounge, enjoying a rich cocktail, listening to the graceful guzheng music, and observing the beautiful young women. All my emotional wrinkles were smoothed out, leaving behind a stable core. Not only the food and accommodation, but also the hotel's cultural experience programs were thoughtfully curated. The hotel also has its own dock with direct access to the Xiaodong River Visitor Center on the other side. Riding on a bamboo raft, the river breeze caressed my face, making me feel that life is beautiful and life is precious."

"It feels good to stay at the B&B in winter. I just arrived at Chenzhou West Station and the chef was already waiting to pick me up at the exit. Thank you very much! The children had a great time taking turns playing in the hotel's two swimming pools. The adults loved staying in the cafe, drinking coffee and eating snacks, watching the children chasing small animals outside the window. It was really relaxing. The only thing I regretted was the restaurant that night. There was a reception task so that we only had one fixed set meal to choose from. The breakfast the next day may have been too busy with too many guests. We didn't add anything until we left, but it was still highly recommended and we will come again."

"I came here a few years ago and I really like the environment here. This time, I thank the front desk for upgrading our room and enthusiastically presented mineral water before leaving. The garden here is too big, the sweet-scented osmanthus tree inside has become a forest, and there are trees similar to oranges, so the air is filled with flowers. Very quiet and the quality of the facilities in the house is very good. The room is a bit damp, pay attention to the ventilation and maintenance of the room."
