MM11840****第一次遇到性價比這麼好的民宿，在這裏不得不説民宿的Boss真的是難得一遇的好老闆，他的貼心和無微不至能夠體現在任何的細節，尤其是的對待孩子，甚至超越我們做父母的耐性。由於國慶高鐵票緊張，我們一直無法搶到合適的票，去郴州的計劃變得很侷促，不管是下高鐵去民宿還是第二天回程去高鐵的問題，讓我很是焦慮，但是民宿的老闆想得非常周到，提前聯繫我們，瞭解我們的情況並且給予我們最好的服務安排。第一天下高鐵，湖南的天氣很炎熱，我們一家四口在高鐵站等車好久，導致孩子差點中暑，我難免開始心情煩躁，聯繫了民宿老闆後，及時為我們一家四口調整了安排，讓司機多安撫我們心情，幸好路上沒有堵車，能夠一直開到民宿（因為國慶仰天湖有一段路是交通限制需要坐公交車進去），不敢想象要是沒有老闆的細心安排，我們一家四口還真不知道怎麼進去。一個小時的路程到了民宿，終於見到老闆，熱心準備了午餐（食材是民宿老闆菜園親自種植，而且還親自幫我們準備好房間，告訴我們行程安排和去往仰天湖的來回都是老闆親自接送，吃完飯老闆還帶我們小孩到處觀光，讓孩子接觸到大自然。午休後親自送我們去仰天湖，還貼心告訴我們遊玩結束後告訴他來接我們，還告訴我們注意事項。雖然衹是短短的一天遊玩，但是老闆服務太太周到了，100分，包辦我們全家的所有吃飯問題，還特意給孩子們燃放了煙花（因為仰天湖太晚放了）所以老闆為了不讓孩子們失望，很是給力哦！太感動了！第二天我們要甘7：00的高鐵票，老闆特意5：00起來為我們做早餐和送我們去高鐵站，路上擔心我們吃不好還買了湖南的早點，情緒價值拉的滿滿的，還一路告訴我們湖南的景點特色，我們以後一定會再來的。來郴州的孩子們，放心沖，老闆真的很好。值得一提，民宿房間超級乾淨，我有潔癖，他家連拖鞋都是一次性的塑膠拖鞋，絕對不是循環再用，還有小童拖鞋。民宿的周邊還有河流小溪可以玩耍，樓下還有零食購買，非常方便。由於時間倉促，沒有仔細拍房間，但是超級棒的房間。

GGuest User When visiting Chenzhou, I chose Tingbo Hotel Yuhou Street Branch. I originally stayed for two days. The hotel was very good, so I stayed for another day. Ms. Ouyang at the front desk also upgraded our room type for free. The hotel decoration is very grand and retro. I will choose this hotel again when I visit Chenzhou next time. I am very satisfied. It is very good. I support it.

Xxion****I rarely write reviews, but this stay was so good!
After visiting the Mangshan Wuzhi Peak Scenic Area, we checked into this characteristic homestay in Mangshan. In addition to rooms with spacious balconies, the B&B also provides guests with uniquely designed stand-alone wooden houses to choose from. We finally chose a cabin called ”Wangshan”, where you can see the distant mountain scenery and the beautiful sunset even when lying in bed.
There is a Japanese pavilion garden outside the cabin, and it is equipped with an outdoor bathtub. Here, we fully enjoy the comfort and relaxation brought by the hot spring water, and our body and mind feel relaxed and happy.
There is also a small bamboo forest here, where guests can enjoy a leisurely time while appreciating the rural scenery and sipping coffee or tea. Unfortunately the weather was a bit cold and we were unable to enjoy it.
There is a leisure space here where guests can enjoy tea, chat or have a meal. In the evening, we ordered some farm dishes here, including steamed fish, braised duck and stir-fried vegetables. They were very delicious and made us feel like we were back home.
At night, the light pollution here is not too great, and my family and I can clearly appreciate the stars twinkling in the night sky, adding a touch of romance and mystery to our journey.

Service - served by Front Office staff Wendy . Polite and pleasant lady . She waived the additional pax breakfast charge for me 👍🏼
Cleanliness - overall cleanliness is pretty good at the lobby and room. However the carpet in my room is stained at the bed area.
Amenities- standard amenities and facilities. Gym looks ok but cigarette smell lingering . Maybe due to a smoking fall. I decided not to use and did my run outside . The cafe / restaurant might be a little small. At 720 , I had to wait 15 min for a table to be available.
Choice of food western and Chinese fare available .
You should give your chef a set of proper uniforms. I observed a 大妈with a chef hat doing topping up of food.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, new and really worth the price. If you come with friends/ driving i would recommend the hotel thou. Otherwise It's in the middle of nowhere so make sure you stock up your snacks before coming. Its 22km from the train station which cost me 70rmb taxi to get here, 10km from the lake area.
The owners were friendly and kind, offer to help bring my luggage up and down stair, also offer me free noodle for breakfast.
walking distanct is less the 1km but you will need to cross the road into the other side first before walking. I didnt understand the owner's explaination so ended up walk 2km, just found that out taking the taxi back😂.
overall that was a nice experience.

The hotel's facilities are very complete, and what I am particularly pleased with is that it is equipped with a swimming pool. This is a huge plus for families with young children. And the swimming pool is constant temperature. What’s even more surprising is that you can use the gym and swimming pool for free when you stay in the hotel, which is very cost-effective! The children had a great time playing in the swimming pool, and we adults could also relax in the gym. In short, this hotel performs well in all aspects and is highly recommended to everyone!

Some rooms did not have WiFi, and I asked for a room close to the elevator, but they insisted that they were not cleaned well.

The rooms are decent, and there's a restaurant where you can order food, which is delicious. The B&B is nestled in the mountains, so the air is quite good, and you can enjoy some fresh air in the rest area at the entrance.

She sought to understand our needs and help to select the best dishes for us ( not really expensive dishes). We have very delicious and enjoyable dining and unforgettable experience. Really appreciated for her services and customer oriented mind set.
This hotel is also offering a no. of well designed hot springs with beats views. After hot spring bathing, can also enjoy fruit bar ( free), reading books ! An interesting and unique hot spring experience
