The view is beautiful and spectacular! Love the calm and serene atmosphere. The facility is new and clean and the staff are courteous and helpful, too! The swimming pool is fantastic!

酒店服務一流，房間大，有兒童樂園，帶上小朋友不錯，就在水上樂園附近去水上樂園玩超級方便，還有接駁車到地鐵站，這種服務簡直一流，早餐品種不錯。

酒店房間大門保安鏈生銹卡住反鎖不能開門 報大堂房務20分鐘到場觀看 再等15分鐘 工程人員到場 所㩗剪刀不能剪斷保安鏈 祗用螺絲批鬆開門邊鎖頭就可開門 何其安全呀。 被困 1 小時 才可自由 再等房務安排轉房30分鐘 足足浪費我的1個半小時在驚嚇和氣怒中渡過 酒店員工表現語氣卸責冇歉意 Duty manager亦不知所跡 完全沒有出現。一聲Sorry都沒有 這就是5星酒店待客之道。真令人失望！富麗敦酒店房間 七毛巾變五毛巾 （酒店員工解說要顧及環保）花洒水力弱 不爽快 不會再訂房了
