"The room is spacious, with beautiful city views and a prime location. There are many malls downstairs, and the property is directly connected to the MTR station, making it very convenient. However, the wardrobe and bathroom need improvement; cleanliness could be better as there was some dust, and the bathroom felt a bit dated. Only an overhead shower was available, with no handheld option, and water often leaked out onto the bathroom floor, making it slippery and inconvenient. Overall, it was a good stay, but the bathroom and cleaning could be improved."

"The room was very spacious. We had booked a triple room, but the hotel kindly offered a complimentary upgrade to a quad room. For 837 RMB per night, this also included three buffet breakfasts. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety of options. There's a swimming pool located next to the restaurant, which makes for a pleasant setting. For a hotel in Hong Kong, it offers excellent value for money. Its proximity to Sha Tin MTR station makes getting around very convenient, and there's even a bus stop right downstairs."

"The hotel is a bit worn out, all equipments are out dated and full of dust (as shown in pictures below). The are no sound proof, noisy when other guests talking outside room 😔 No drinking water provided in room and no water dispenser machine provided. Have to spend extra money to buy water with quite high price. Not very good stay after 7years visit😔😔😔😔"

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome from the staff and the relaxing atmosphere of the ocean breeze. They were kind, polite, and always smiling. They helped me with everything I needed, from arranging transportation to recommending local restaurants and activities. Their service felt genuine and personal, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel restaurant was another highlight. The food was fresh, especially the seafood, which was cooked to perfection. I loved having breakfast by the beach, enjoying the gentle breeze and the sound of seagulls. The buffet had a wide variety of choices, both local and international, and every dish tasted great. The facilities were also excellent — the pool was clean and had a great view of the sea, and the spa offered relaxing massages that made me feel completely renewed. Everything was well-maintained and clearly managed with care. Overall, this hotel is a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and top-quality service. "The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card. If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied. Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability. The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea. That's all. "Nice hotel, big room, comfy bed and bathtub. Location is very convenient, direct access to subway, many buses around. MOKO shopping mall is literally at your doorstep. Without a doubt will stay here again during our next trip to HK."

"Location: Although it's a Disney hotel, it's still quite a distance from the park entrance. You need to take a free shuttle bus, which runs approximately every 15 minutes. Getting to the park is fine, but coming back after the fireworks show often means a very long wait for the bus, and walking isn't really an option. There are no supermarkets around the hotel or the park, and dining at the hotel is exorbitantly priced. I strongly recommend stocking up on essentials at the airport or in the city before heading to the hotel. A taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 200 HKD. Facilities & Hygiene: The hotel's environment, facilities, and cleanliness were all excellent. There was no bottled water, but a water dispenser was provided. The bed was very large and comfortable. The hotel also has a Disney store, and guests receive discount coupons, which might make prices slightly cheaper than in the park. Service: The hotel does not provide complimentary toiletries. Having to pay 40 HKD for them during check-in felt a bit unreasonable."

"Great hotel with well equipped rooms. To get there is well pointed with signs as the elevators are bit confusing for first time guests. Breakfast buffet good and all service was very friendly. Pool area alls nice with security guards"

"Check-in was efficient. Ms. Katherine Lai was very professional and helpful. My room was upgraded to one with greenery view, which was nice. The room is spacious, bright and comfortable. Normally, room size is small in Hong Kong hotels for this category. Dorsett Tsuen Wan stands out and is really good as compared to other hotels I have stayed in Tsuen Wan. Excellent value. Washroom is also spacious. There is a small gym, which again is a plus for this category of hotels. The location is not as convenient as other hotels in the center of cities. However, Dorsett provides a free shuttle bus to a nearby shopping mall, Metroplaza, where yiu can take the subway MTR. Also, another shopping center is with 6 to 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Housekeeping is good, vacuuming the carpet in the room every day. Finally, bus A41P will take you from Hong Kong International Airport to a stop (”kin Tsuen” street), a 4-5 minutes walk from hotel. Then, at the same bus stop, talk A32 bus to airport, costs HK$19.80. The staffs at concierge are also very helpful in directions and bus selection. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Dorsett Tsuen Wan. I will stay there again and highly recommend it."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient for transport; there's a bus stop right outside, and Jordan MTR station is directly below the building. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the large, spotless floor-to-ceiling windows – they were so clean I almost thought there was no glass, offering a fantastic view. I initially couldn't find the power outlets, but they were cleverly hidden under a flip-up panel on the desk; not difficult to locate once you know where to look."
