"The location is excellent—right next to a mall, a bus station, and surrounded by several other shopping centers. You can easily walk between them via connecting bridges, so you don’t have to worry about sun or rain! The MTR station is also nearby, and you can reach it by walking through the malls, which leads you directly to the station. There’s even a park close by, adding to the convenience.
The staff are very professional and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious, with furniture that looked almost new, and the bathroom was spotless. I was extremely happy with my stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Hong Kong.
Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!"

"This trip, we (a friend, kids, and I) were heading to Hong Kong Disneyland and wanted a room in the city with a bit more space. Ctrip suggested this hotel, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! The 1.5m bed was perfectly sufficient for two adults and a child.
**Transportation Tip:** Take the MTR! Mong Kok East station is super convenient, connecting directly to the shopping mall – much easier than taking a bus. We even got caught in a Signal 8 typhoon, so we ended up spending more time exploring the mall.
**Facilities:** Very new and well-maintained.
**Service:** A big shout-out to the lovely lady at the front desk during check-in! She was incredibly friendly and even chatted with us.
Definitely booking here again for our next visit to Hong Kong!"

"Beautiful, new hotel with large, clean rooms. I got upgraded (maybe because it's my first stay here?) and the room was huge; 2 bathrooms! There is a great supermarket on the 15th floor, and many coffee shops in the Hopewell Mall. My only compaint would be the elevators: you need to take one to the lobby on the 19th floor, then a different one to your room. Both are packed and take a long time. Otherwise a fantastic stay."

"Thank you trainee Krystal front office desk - great service. Very appreciative of the upgrade to a suite. For the price I paid approx 650hkd I gave it full stars.
The hotel is a bit dated - cigarette smell, weak shower. Even so the location is outstanding as it’s next to a shopping centre and the view is incredible and for the price I paid cannot really complain.
When it eventually renovates it will be able to return to its former glory."

"This hotel is GREAT if you are transiting as it is less than 5 minutes walk from T1 Arrivals (when you come out of the Arrivals Door and into the terminal, turn left, walk towards Pret A Manger and look for the red sign,it's very easy).I actually booked this hotel because I attended a concert at the Asia World Arena and got a late arriving flight so I didn't want to worry about getting to a hotel late at night. i just got the Airport Express one stop there and back to the Arena so that was also super convenient.There are some restaurants and convenience stores in the terminal if you want to get food, which was great. My room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed since I was just there for the concert.There is some noise from planes but it didn't stop me sleeping. The staff were very polite and helpful, so if you want something close to the airport or Arena I really do recommend this hotel"

"Location: Although it's a Disney hotel, it's still quite a distance from the park entrance. You need to take a free shuttle bus, which runs approximately every 15 minutes. Getting to the park is fine, but coming back after the fireworks show often means a very long wait for the bus, and walking isn't really an option. There are no supermarkets around the hotel or the park, and dining at the hotel is exorbitantly priced. I strongly recommend stocking up on essentials at the airport or in the city before heading to the hotel. A taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 200 HKD.
Facilities & Hygiene: The hotel's environment, facilities, and cleanliness were all excellent. There was no bottled water, but a water dispenser was provided. The bed was very large and comfortable. The hotel also has a Disney store, and guests receive discount coupons, which might make prices slightly cheaper than in the park.
Service: The hotel does not provide complimentary toiletries. Having to pay 40 HKD for them during check-in felt a bit unreasonable."

"I pretty much stay at this hotel every time I visit Hong Kong. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride from Shenzhen Bay Port, costing around 120 RMB. The hotel is conveniently located right above a shopping mall. The front desk staff (I couldn't quite tell if it was a young man or woman – they had short, rather ambiguous hair but were very charming!) provided excellent and very polite service. I was very pleased with the complimentary upgrade. It's perfect for our family when we just want to pop over to Hong Kong for a casual trip."
