1) The hair dryer was not working, I came back soaking wet from heavy rain in Hong Kong : red rain etc. The repair came and said that it was the socket breakdown, needed help the next day, I said I would be leaving in the morning. 2) there was mosquitoes disturbing inside the room, I was bidden and felt itchy even inside the bed covering. 3) the carpet was dusty and dirty, corner paints peeled off at the skirting. Very unpleasant. 4) when I checked out at front desk, the Eurasian looking attendant was far from polite, when I gave her the receipt to claim back $500 deposit, she throw my $500 back across the table without saying thank you or welcome to stay or any kind customer service greeting!
