I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and could not have been more pleased with my experience. The hotel is in a great location, just a stone's throw from the busy city center, providing both a peaceful retreat and great convenience. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing ocean view from the room. It was such a treat to wake up to such a beautiful view! The hotel itself was spotless, which also added to the comfort of my stay. In terms of dining, this area is a food lover's paradise. There are so many excellent restaurants nearby that it was a pleasant challenge to decide where to eat each day. From local cuisine to international dishes, there is something for every taste. Finally, I must commend the hotel staff for their courtesy and professionalism. They were always ready to help and made my stay that much more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful yet convenient getaway with amazing ocean views and delicious dining options nearby!

The front desk was very polite

Very bad experience, even a little scary😱 1. I booked the hotel on the Ctrip platform in advance, and it was later shown that it was fully booked. When I arrived at the hotel, I found that I was the only one staying in the whole building; this was later confirmed by the front desk; 2. The hotel needs to swipe the card to open the door, and there is no one at the front desk after 6 pm. When I returned to the hotel in the afternoon of the day of check-in, it was about 6 pm. I met a man waiting at the door. After I swiped the card to come in, he held the door with his hand. It was obvious that he didn't have a card and was waiting for someone to open the door to enter; 3. At one o'clock in the evening, I heard someone wandering at the door and trying to open the door with the key, but I was too scared to go to see if it was the neighbor who opened my door (there are two households on one floor here). I didn't sleep all night and was ready to call the Hong Kong police at any time. The next day, the hotel explained that it was the security personnel at night. Which hotel's security personnel need to open the door to protect the safety of guests? 4. After complaining to Ctrip, Ctrip asked the hotel to provide surveillance video, but was told that there was only surveillance at the front desk in the whole building, and there was no surveillance at the door of the room. Please note that this is a hotel without surveillance, how can safety be guaranteed? 5. I negotiated with the hotel to check out many times, but the hotel refused to check out because I had already paid in advance. Considering my life safety, I insisted on leaving the hotel the next day. Please be careful to avoid thunder. 6. Be cautious when choosing the so-called Internet celebrity model, which is old and outdated, and the hygiene is worrying; I changed to Marriott, which is only 200 more expensive per night than this hotel. This can reflect the extremely poor cost performance 7. The picture proves that no one stayed next door that night, and it was not a guest who opened the door to check in
