My first stay in the 4th floor was great. Great location clean rooms with windows that actual open. Staff can’t speak English but everything was in good humour and accommodation was reasonable

剛上到14樓，大熱天前檯沒有開冷氣的
已經熱到不行，房間非常細，房間裡內冷氣非常老舊，浴室亦不是乾濕分離，櫃檯在14樓，房間在12樓
結果12樓的電梯只能按下，上不去-.- 只能用走樓梯的上14樓找櫃檯處理事情
