Oasis Aurum 181 Hotel

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Hong Kong! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, especially Kevin, Genki, Nicky, Louis, Matthew, Suki, and Charles. They were all so friendly and helpful, making my solo travel experience truly special. The room was incredible - spacious, clean, and quiet with stunning views of Hong Kong. I felt right at home! The location was perfect (only 10 minutes to Central by car) One highlight was when the staff arranged a Tesla car to take me to Central Hong Kong when taxis were scarce. It was a 10-minute ride and really appreciated the convenience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Hong Kong!

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Hong Kong – Oasis Aurum 181 I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Oasis Aurum 181. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from HKU MTR Station and surrounded by charming local eateries and cultural spots. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated in calming earth tones, and offered a breathtaking panoramic view of Victoria Harbour added a luxurious touch to the experience.

It was my fifth time at the 181. I arrived a bit earlier than expected, and I really appreciated that the hotel recognized me and allowed me to check in early since the room was ready. It’s always a nice gesture that makes a big difference after traveling. The concierge at the entrance was welcoming and helpful, and the gentleman at reception who checked me in was friendly and efficient, a smooth and pleasant process overall. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation, and the room was clean with a nice view. The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the shower as well, all the essentials were spot on. One small thing. I was charged 5 HKD in cash for a shaving kit, which I had to pay directly at the door. While I understand the sustainability efforts, I believe such basic amenities should be included for convenience and overall experience, not because of the small cost. And if it is charged, the quality of the kit could be improved. Everything else was great. Just my personal feedback, but overall, a very good stay.

A property further away from the main city, but with lots of local restaurants a few steps away. T I used Uber to travel from the hotel to Central, so it was quite convenient. Stayed in the suite with a beautiful view of the ocean. Room was very spacious. Will consider to return on my next visit 👍🏻
