Everything needa extra charge. Need to pay for toothbrush and toothpaste for a 4 star hotel are not acceptable

Cheap and good quality, a few hundred dollars cheaper than a hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, and the location is okay. The 25th floor is newly renovated. The elevator only goes to the 24th floor, and then you can walk up to the 25th floor. If you have heavy luggage, avoid staying on the 25th floor.
