This was my first stay in Hong Kong, and it was absolutely wonderful. Being able to book such a large room for the price on a Friday weekend was incredibly satisfying! Firstly, the design is very stylish. Although the reception hall isn't large, it's very compact and organized. The front desk staff are very efficient and each one is very dedicated. I injured my foot and asked for band-aids, and the staff immediately agreed to provide four. The next day, when I checked out, I tried to store my luggage, and the staff immediately came to me with a card to take it! The room was quite large, with a unique design; each room seemed different! The only slight odor was a little hard to get used to, but it gradually became more manageable.

Two reasons I’d go back to the hotel: 1. Filtered water (so convenient on every floor) and 2. Kid books/play kitchen at the restaurants (FINDS). These are the conveniences that I think every family would appreciate and rare to find in busy downtown Hong Kong. We looked a lot at hotels in TST and Central and found this one that was reasonable in price and fairly roomy rooms - decor is quirky but we didn’t mind for the bigger space. Breakfast had a menu you could order off of which was lovely too. The only downside is that there was no business centre and the lobby isn’t big enough if you wanted to take a call outside of your room.
