Visited with my mum. Good service with polite and helpful staff, quiet environment and spectacular view. Restaurants near the hotel provide different styles of cuisines.

Amazing hotel with the best views, luxury pool and kindest staff at the reception. Gill was especially nice and helpful. Great and interesting bathtub. I will be back.

Very friendly and helpful staffs
A clean and comfortable room
Reasonable breakfast but staffs were a bit stressful to collect empty plates or bowls etc that made me stressful too
And we don’t appreciate the Halloween decoration - the day of death …

Love the discounted vouchers especially for the Cinderella Adventure! we Loved the amenities as usual, just unfortunate that the hotel can't provide free tooth brushes anymore.

Fantastic hotel, only gripe is shuttle bus times, why have the last bus before the fireworks? This aside, everything was perfect.

The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly indeed . They are very considerate. Once we arrived at the main door , the staff already came out to assist us to take the wheelchair from the back of taxi . This really impressed us .
The staff in the swimming pool is very helpful too .
The swimming pool is clean and water is good .
Wish and pray that they can continue to work even when the pool is closed for few months
On the whole , we have a pleasant stay and retreat .
