They advertise a towel package which is actually a packet of disposable, paper, bath and hand towels which you had to ask reception for daily- no bathmat.
Solved it by going to nearby market and buying some cheap towels etc.
No place to hang clothes, they suggested to use the hooks on the back of the door- no hangers.
Solved it by buying some cheap, wire hangers
The room was very damp particularly bed sheets and the clothes hanging on the back of the door. This was because many glass windows, the heat outside and the cold aircon.
They suggested I made it like that because I left the glass door to the bathroom open. Improved it a bit by switching the aircon on for only short periods and keeping the extractor fan in the bathroom on all the time.
There was a kettle but no cups.
Solved by buying some beakers in the market.
This hotel is Ok for guests on a short stay - passing through.
My stay was two weeks so entirely un suitable. I suggested that I would stay a couple of nights until I found another hotel and that a refund should be given for the remaining days, due to the misrepresentation of facilities etc. This was declined.
Positives:
Large terraced patio outside my room
Two washing machines and two dryers on the roof for laundry.
Lovely cleaning staff who tried their best to help.
