Big room, clean

Except for the price which is cheap in Hong Kong, everything else is not good: The front desk attitude is to look down on mainlanders; The room number is unlucky; The carpet has multiple large areas of unknown stains; The air conditioner is not cool, and the coldest setting of the shower is enough to burn your skin off; The TV is mosaic quality; There is approximately only one socket; The lights are dim; The soundproofing is poor; There were bugs in the bed; The internet speed is zero... There are many similar examples above, but due to limited space, I will not go into details.

First of all, I would like to say that the two front desk staff had an unfriendly attitude. I had a lot of luggage because I was going back to China and transiting in Hong Kong. As soon as I arrived at the hotel lobby, the two front desk staff took one look at me and started staring at me with an unfriendly look. When I went to check in, he was extremely impatient, but when he found out that I was not from the mainland and could speak Cantonese, his attitude became much more relaxed. I didn't expect much for this price, but when I opened the door, there was a huge pillar inside that left me speechless. I couldn't even spread out my luggage. However, apart from the front desk, the cleaning lady and the luggage storage staff were very friendly. When we opened the door and met them, they would greet us and wish us a nice day. When we went out of the side door, the hotel staff would also politely block the door for us to pass. When we asked for directions, they would also guide us very politely. Only the few people at the front desk were really not good enough.
