今次入住前台見我以往入住記錄升級海景塔樓房
雖然房間是比我預訂的內園景房空間少了一點
但無論景觀視野較寬闊及裝修亦較新穎
這個價錢非常值得住一下試一下
有時間亦可以落游泳池

Negative comments. Is it logical to stand in line for 20 minutes when checking in.. Not enough employees, half of the counters are empty, and there is a long delay when you reach the employee... I asked for a room with a view and did not get it.. The swimming pool is in an old and dilapidated condition.. Unfriendly employees.. There is no drinking water inside the room, nor is there a brush or toothpaste.. It lacks many important basics
負面評論。辦理入住時排隊20分鐘是否合理？工作人員不夠，一半的櫃檯都是空的，當你找到工作人員時，還要等很長時間……我要求一間有景觀的房間，但沒有得到。游泳池又老又破。員工不友善。房間裡沒有飲用水，也沒有刷子或牙膏。它缺少許多重要的基本設施
