Because the Hong Kong government stipulates that free toothbrushes and water are not given out, but the guests are asked to buy them at the concierge. The conversion interface cannot connect to domestic ones, and they are asked to go down and make a deposit before borrowing. I went there several times and the overall experience was really great. I used to stay with this Hotel whenever I was travelling to HK, however, I had an awful experience with my recent stay. I have made 2 bookings via Trip.com for my 2 nights stay separately, my assistant already called the hotel and confirmed to keep me in the same room for the stay. However, due to the issue between trip.com and the hotel, my 2nd-night booking could not be located, by then, after my assistant solved the problem with the hotel, the hotel staff offered to send a new room card to my room for my family, they do nothing but wait until I get back to the hotel to get the new room card.
