非常價格合理的酒店，地理位置方便，酒店前方過街就是 觀塘商業廣場，吃飯買東西都很方便。
超越預期：標1米的床，實際估計1.2。樓道中有冰水機，飲水很方便。房間也送了兩衹。另外還升級了充電頭，帶usb 大口和c口。
低於預期：本次出行遇上酒店早餐廳裝修，低於預期。電吹風有獨立的，衞生間配的不管用。花灑頭調節不好調，太緊了。
整體來説，非常滿意，下次還來

酒店的早餐實在是太簡單，由於餐廳裝修早餐就一個麪包，一根香蕉和一瓶飲料。不過入住手續還是挺快捷，因為就住一晚按金都不需要，很方便

房間不透氣有股味道，其它還好。周邊有apm商場，觀塘廣場和駱駝漆大廈 累死小商品市場，往南就是觀塘海濱花園，也靠近地鐵站

One of the most expensive hotel in Kwun Tong, no usb sockets in room but also no adaptor provided for usb cords charging is totally a disgrace for the name Holiday inn. Such low quality in room facilities and not mentioning about the TV. Please check the tv in the room if you read this. I didn’t even bother to make a complaint mentioning the tv had a line on the screen.
Fellow businessmen and travellers, think twice if you have usb electronics.

Not Holiday Inn quality — musty rooms & poor air.
The room smelled like wet carpet, and the air was humid with no ventilation. I got sick both nights. We changed rooms, but the musty smell remained. Mattress was rock hard, only the pillows were soft. No proper breakfast—just a cold sandwich, bad juice, and unripe bananas. No toothbrush, toothpaste, or robe provided. One receptionist tried to help, but another brushed off my concerns at checkout. We lost 2 days of our trip. Feels more like a 1-star hotel than Holiday Inn. Avoid.

這是第三次住這家酒店了，地理位置優越，出行很方便，房間也很大。這次過來看演唱會，地鐵到啟德站半小時左右。旁邊APM商場吃喝購物，一應俱全。雖然這次來餐廳在重新裝修，但每天仍然準備了早餐，服務貼心。以後再去香港，衹想住這家酒店。
