入職體驗很好，所有員工都很有禮貌，新酒店還是會比老酒店體驗感強很多，下樓就有地鐵站，入住的時候前台幫忙升級成尊貴大床房，可以看到維港的一角，退房時落東西了也及時有反饋，下次來尖沙咀還會選擇夢卓恩

服務很好，前台有好多個年輕帥氣的小夥子在接待，我因為有兩個大的行李箱需要服務生幫忙拉到我公司，很快就答應，並幫忙送到，很感動。一樓接待雖然不大，到時時有節奏感很強的音樂，給人一種年輕有活力的感覺，38層吃飯的地方可以遠眺整個港島，不錯，下次還會入住，值得推薦。
