在香港來説，這個房子已經算大的了，2個小房間，一個房間的床是1.3x1.7左右，睡不了兩個人，一個房間的床是0.8左右，翻身會掉下床的感覺，客廳還有一個梳化床，拉出來感覺1.5x1.8左右，這個反而床是躺得最舒服的（但作為沙發坐着不舒服）。廚房有配置全套工具，每週安排2次打掃，洗衣房每次要收費，總的來説服務還行吧。

I have stayed at this place with my wife and my 6y/o daughter for six months, during Feb-Aug period. I can only speak well about the Lodgewood, which is located 2 mins from the MTR station and run by great people. The units are well equipped with anything you may need for short/long stays, cleanings are done twice a week. Every room in the unit is fairly small but we appreciated having a separate one for our daughter, which was difficult to find elsewhere (in this range of prices). Just a word of caution for tall people, beds might be a bit small for you. The kitchen is also separate and fully functional. On top floor of the building the washing / drying machines work well (need to purchase a coin to use them). Last and most important, we have been supported by great staff as in Willy, Karen and Andreas who helped us all along, my daughter still misses them. Thank you Lodgewood and see you next time!!

The location is great: only 2 minutes away from MTR station. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets and convenience stores. The front desk was very friendly and helpful (esp. Willy who was always available to help). Good hygiene, room is cleaned twice a week. I am happy there is a kitchen, it made my stay feel like home.

The apartment very clean, spacious and serviced every Friday and Tuesday with new towels. The staff and manger Willy were very pleasant and friendly and surprised us with a fruit bowl when I came out of hospital and a birthday cake for my wife. We highly recommend Lodgewood. Place is the hub of Hong Kong and a great place for food and closed to attractions.

裝修之前，到處睇酒店地方，最後一家人選擇入住灣仔薈賢居，選擇了兩間房嘅房型，住了五個月，住得很舒適，這所服務式住宅，酒店設施很完善，每一次客人退房後也會翻身房間，所以入住時感覺很好，每星期有員工入屋清潔兩次，而且有一個齊全的廚房，另外地點鄰近街市，很方便一家人煮食，而且交通很方便，鄰近地鐵及電車站，價格合理，小朋友上學也很方便，很欣賞每位員工很盡責有禮，很幫忙，感覺很好，有機會都會再選擇入住這個地方。
