"On April 16, I checked into the Hilton Garden Inn Heze. Next to this hotel is the large Wanda Plaza, and there is a friendly food street. It is not far from the Caozhou Peony Garden in a straight line. It is very convenient to take a taxi, and it also saves the worry that staying in a hotel near the Caozhou Peony Garden is a bit too noisy and will affect the rest. Based on this, I decided to choose the Hilton Garden Inn Heze.
After entering the hotel, it is obvious that because of the arrival of the Peony Festival, there are many people living in the hotel. The lobby front desk and waiters have been busy with processing procedures and entertaining guests from all directions. I quickly checked in and arranged for me to room 2603. This room is a relatively high living floor of the hotel. The hotel room window has a 270-degree view, and you can see most of the scenery in the city. It is very quiet. The layout of the room is also good, and each has its own independent area distribution, which is very reasonable. The most important thing is that the high floor has a good view and is very quiet. In addition, this room is at the end of the corridor, and I can hardly hear any noise from other guests, so I felt good staying here for one night. I hope to come to this hotel again next time. I recommend that guests who come to Heze for business, meetings or travel should also experience Hilton Garden Inn Heze."

GGuest UserThe air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
