GGuest UserI haven't been back to Yuncheng for several years. I didn't expect to build such a good hotel. The environment and service are very good. There are many varieties of breakfast, especially highlighting the local characteristics. I can eat Zhuangmo, porridge, and mutton soup without going out. Very good stay experience, Yuncheng, Nanhu, come on, I will patronize it next time I come and hope it will get better and better.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel deserves a perfect score! When I checked in, I found the air conditioning was already on in the room, and the temperature was just right – a really thoughtful touch. The cleanliness was impeccable, with no strange smells in the bathroom, and all the toiletries were from well-known brands, which was reassuring. It was incredibly quiet at night, no noise at all, so I had an excellent night's sleep. It's also close to the high-speed rail station, so there's no need to rush for early trains. Both the service and environment far exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended it to my friends!

Overall, I highly recommend it. I feel like they've changed management teams or housekeeping staff, because the cleanliness is much better than before!

The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and fully equipped. The most important thing is that this hotel is also very pet-friendly. GGuest UserThe air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
