Heze Hotels with Wifi

Hotel is excellent but their staff is even better. They helped me a lot in this trip. I was having hard time adjusting since this was my first time in China, and the staff helped me in all issues such as language barriers, food, taxi you name it. They are remember their guests. If I ask for something and later I just forget about it , they will look for me whenever I am in the lobby and remind me about my request. Bruce, star Li, and Wendy . These three help make this stay memorable. Thanks a lot for all your help.

The location is very good, downstairs is the largest comprehensive shopping mall in Heze, Jiahe City, eating and shopping are super convenient. Hotel facilities are relatively new and the room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is rich, self-service, and robots. During the Spring Festival, I was fortunate to meet the general manager of the hotel Helen, manager Bob Wang, and sales director Kevin. They were all very sincere, warm, cordial and dedicated. The front desk lady sister and brother Iris, Amy, Linda, Tom, Jerry, etc. (haha Tom and Jerry, so cute name) and all other staff, including all restaurant staff, are also very warm, sincere, professional and efficient, the stay experience is first-rate, recommended stay

The overall service is very good, will come back to book, the cleaning is very clean, the cleaning aunt is also very good, the toilet and bathroom are very spacious, big praise, the hotel's canteen breakfast is delicious, in line with my taste, I have set this hotel many times, repeatedly booked this hotel, The projector is very nice, and there is a special shoe cloth. Every time I come out of the hotel, I will take the initiative to take the disposable tea shoe cloth and take the initiative to shine the shoes. The disposable toothbrush and brush the teeth feel very comfortable and comfortable. I have a strong sense of satisfaction. And the shower showers are very comfortable and feel at home. There are also black tea and green tea for your choice of brewing. I have brewed it. When I am sleepy, I am really refreshed. The front desk service is very warm, polite, and take the initiative to help solve difficulties. Next to the entrance of the hotel is the shopping plaza and Dingtao Bus Station. It is very convenient to travel back and forth. There is also a Dingtao District People's Hospital less than 1 km away. These are very good advantages and are highly recommended! The disadvantage is that the wardrobe in the room is too small to hang clothes. The clothes can be hung on the sink. There is a place to hang clothes next to the mirror. It is a bit crowded. It looks very awkward. It is only this time that the wardrobe is too small. It should not be called a wardrobe. There is also a disposable cushion without going to the toilet. It would be better if there was one. Also, this time I felt that the sound insulation of the room was not very good. There was noise when pedestrians walked through the door at night. It was easy to hear others outside the door. Also, when I first checked in, the door made me look a bit uncomfortable. I resisted at first. See Figure 1 below, other than that are advantages, the overall feeling is very good!

The room is really good, and the service attitude is very good. I will answer patiently and politely. There is floor heating in the room. It will not be hot and cold because of the air conditioner. It is clean and hygienic. I highly recommend everyone to live! ! ! !

The first time I went to Heze, I didn’t expect to eat and drink, I was very satisfied with the play. The hotel is newly renovated. It looks clean and the environment is very comfortable. The laundry room is next to the gym. When I wait for the laundry, I ran on the treadmill for a while. It was very pleasant. I was surprised by the breakfast. There is a big shopping mall on foot, there are a lot of food inside, and I can eat it directly. Generally speaking, it is recommended.

奔着牡丹而來，白雲蘭距離3個牡丹園都很近，步行可達，旁邊緊挨着居民區，電動自行車很多，很方便。零壓床墊+羽絨枕/乳膠枕兩選，很舒適。

首先要對柏曼酒店的服務員表示感謝，今天離開酒店去安陽的路上，接到酒店電話，説是房間裏發現一個充電器，這才想起充電器的確忘記在房間裏了，這個華為100W的充電器對我很重要，此時回去拿時間不夠，我讓服務員快遞到我住在安陽的酒店，服務員一口答應，並且很快就辦好快遞截屏給我，更讓我感動的是，我要多給一點服務費，她怎麼也不肯收，衹收15元快遞費。我不知道這位服務員叫什麼名字，在此再次感謝。也感謝酒店非常好的服務。這家酒店本身就是性價比很高的酒店，位置好，周邊吃飯很方便，還可以為我們新能源車充電。設施好，有100寸的投影，我用手機投屏看英超比賽，太過癮了。加上有這麼好的服務，的確是家值得點讚的酒店。
