"In general this is a nice hotel. Clean room, good food for breakfast. The only inconvenience - it was really cold all the time at the hotel lobby as well as in the breakfast zone on the second floor. I was there in the middle of November, it was +5 degrees C outside, and it seems as if the public zones of the hotel do not have any heating facilities."

I was having hard time adjusting since this was my first time in China, and the staff helped me in all issues such as language barriers, food, taxi you name it. They are remember their guests. If I ask for something and later I just forget about it , they will look for me whenever I am in the lobby and remind me about my request. Bruce, star Li, and Wendy . On the night I arrived, I was in a rush to finish a proposal and clumsily spilled coffee on important meeting documents, instantly staining the papers. Panicked, I called the front desk just to see if they could help. To my surprise, the staff member who answered wasn't annoyed at all; instead, she calmly reassured me not to worry and said they would help right away. A few minutes later, a young man arrived with tissues, plastic sleeves, and a new folder. He carefully wiped away the stains and thoughtfully organized and sealed the unstained documents for me. It was such a small incident, yet it truly showed the hotel's genuine dedication. Such meticulous service deserves nothing less than a full five-star rating!"

"The location is very good. Jiahecheng, the largest comprehensive shopping mall in Heze, is downstairs. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich, self-service, and there are robots. During the Spring Festival, I was fortunate to meet the hotel's general manager Helen, manager Wang Bob, and sales director Kevin, all of whom were very sincere, enthusiastic, kind, and dedicated. The front desk lady and brother Iris, Amy, Linda, Tom, Jerry, etc. (haha Tom and Jerry, what cute names) and all other staff, including all restaurant staff, are also very enthusiastic, sincere, professional and efficient. "I only knew that it was the same as the whole season. The consumables of the room supplies were basically purchased together with the whole season. The breakfast type was also good. There were freshly made Mingshi. Although the location was not very close to several peony gardens, parking was convenient. It is more than one kilometer away from the famous Heze Fat Donglaijia and Chengqi. Jiahecheng has a lot of dining, probably took a look at the brand chain is not less than the big city, after visiting the peony garden to go to Jiahecheng to eat and then stroll back to the hotel, time is rushed to take breakfast, other aspects are very good"

GGuest UserIt has been more than 20 years since I graduated from Dan County No. 1 Middle School! Live again near my alma mater where I studied and worked hard. In addition, the hotel is clean and classy. This time the whole family lives together. In the evening, I took my children to Dongguan Street downstairs to play, and the experience was great. The breakfast is very authentic and has the old taste of hometown. You can also take a stroll downstairs to the County Government Square early the next morning!

GGuest UserThe air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
