"In general this is a nice hotel. Clean room, good food for breakfast. The only inconvenience - it was really cold all the time at the hotel lobby as well as in the breakfast zone on the second floor. I was there in the middle of November, it was +5 degrees C outside, and it seems as if the public zones of the hotel do not have any heating facilities."

A few minutes later, a young man arrived with tissues, plastic sleeves, and a new folder. He carefully wiped away the stains and thoughtfully organized and sealed the unstained documents for me. It was such a small incident, yet it truly showed the hotel's genuine dedication. Such meticulous service deserves nothing less than a full five-star rating!"
