Check-in was quick, especially considering the typically lengthy and thorough document verification process for foreigners in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now."

"I am particularly satisfied with this hotel. I didn't expect the hotel in Heihe to be so comfortable.
Environment: The location is first-class, close to the scenic spots and the river, and very convenient for travel.
Hygiene: Very clean, complete facilities, comfortable bedding.
Service: Very good and enthusiastic! Everyone was so polite and really sweet.
Disadvantages:
1. Parking space is a bit tight, but if you communicate well with the front desk, they will coordinate
it properly.
2. There are only two washing machines, and there is no app to check the status of the washing machines. It is a bit tiring to run back and forth to check every time.

"I booked a hotel in a hurry on the way from Mohe to Heihe. It is next to the bustling pedestrian street and the morning market, and is upstairs from the Amur Western Restaurant. Although the Western restaurant is authentic, the room is not that good! The tiles on the walking stairs are falling off, the room has no air conditioning and only a fan. It is over 30 degrees Celsius during the day and very stuffy at night. The family couldn't sleep and got up at three o'clock to visit the riverside and morning market. It was very different from the Home Inn where I stayed the second night, but there was no difference in price. I didn’t take any photos because I was in a bad mood, so I took two photos of the river view during the day."

"A convenient location near the huaf. A nice girl on the respiratory, she settled in a room earlier than the time of the settlement with two beds, one of which is large (order a room with a kingsaise bed). From the downsides, that all 4 days we were, no one washed and for some reason well heard how washed in the room on top or behind the wall, by feeling louder than in the room itself). For someone it will be a minus that the location is very close to the evening market, Rikshi rolls loudly on the street, and next to the hotel are cooking pizza from Duriana, the smell of which pulls into the open window. We leave our choice behind this hotel and we will stop here next time."

"On the pedestrian street. The windows went out to the yard, very quiet. The room is new, cozy as in the photo. The curtains with the button, the toilet with heating. The full bathroom, including slippers.
Breakfast is good, when paying on the spot 25 yuan per person. There is something to choose.
Washing dry cleaner is free. There are cozy seats to sit near the respiratory, before/after departure.
A great version for 3-5 t.r."

RRuoshuidishichuanThe hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that.
However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

The most satisfying is the location, walking to the riverside, the Russian Overseas Chinese Memorial Hall.
The parking space is enough.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful 3 days in the best hotel of this resort! Our room in building A was clean and spacious! The bathroom is large, with excellent plumbing! The breakfasts are very decent in Chinese style! Special thanks to the staff and security service!!! They quickly helped to find and return my mobile phone, which I dropped from my pocket in the back seat of a taxi. I would gladly go back there again!

The receptionist at the door was attentive and enthusiastic, and patiently led us to the front desk to check in. The location is excellent, various shops, cafes, Huafu and a pedestrian street are within walking distance.
I booked from December 28 to 29, 2024 for 2500 ₽ on trip com. There were no problems with check-in. They checked me into a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room was warm. Everything you need was in the room.
For that kind of money, I think it's quite normal, for more money it's probably better to look at an alternative.
The bathhouse in the hotel is for an amateur, it costs 33 yuan per person. There are massage services, which you need to be careful when ordering, they can include in the bill secondary services that you did not need. I ordered a foot treatment for 100 yuan, not knowing the technique of this massage, and in the end, due to a misunderstanding or specially imposing additional services, they gave me a foot cleaning for 59 yuan, a pedicure for 79 yuan and a foot massage for 79 yuan.
