GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable temperature. The room was cleaned quickly. The service attitude is good, the food is delicious and suitable for people's taste. The bathroom facilities are very new, there is a smart toilet, which can be heated and very comfortable.

Facilities: Complete. There is a restaurant on the first floor that combines Chinese and Western cuisine.
The staff in the restaurant are warm and friendly. They clean the rooms every day.
Opposite is Russia. You can see the discount price when you leave the room.
Next time I come to Heihe City, I will still choose to stay at the European Style Holiday Hotel

GGuest UserStayed in this hotel for the first time returning from vacation from 7-8.04.26.From the pluses:the location is good, next to the pedestrian street, the settlement passed quickly, the bed is very convenient, bed is white. The room forgot not that floors were washed, but even put in. The dust that was dusted, which was not a day, was everywhere, it was difficult not to notice. It had to wash a little to not walk on the dirty floor. I hope that it was only one room (408) and the staff will fix this shortcoming in the future. But despite this trouble I recommend the hotel.

GGuest UserStaying at the Wudalianchi Workers' Sanatorium was my most fortunate choice. It's the best hotel for sightseeing within the scenic area, offering excellent value for money. Its location is superb, situated in the center of a volcanic rock cold spring magnetic field, placing you in a healthy and relaxing environment from the moment you check in. It's a large facility catering to model workers seeking recuperation, team building activities, and family trips. The grounds feature trees, water features, and walking paths for leisure and recreation. As a health and wellness base of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, it boasts integrated medical, physiotherapy, and health and wellness facilities and a dedicated medical team.
Located in the heart of the tourist area, it offers convenient access to all attractions within walking distance. Room facilities and cleanliness meet standards. The service was satisfactory; the staff proactively considered guests' needs and promptly resolved issues, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Breakfast is included with the stay, and lunch and dinner are also available. Parking is convenient if you drive.

GGuest UserWe are from the south and it's our first time in the north. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we felt the attentiveness and patience of the staff. The receptionist at the door was attentive and enthusiastic, and patiently led us to the front desk to check in. The front desk staff was also enthusiastic and introduced the characteristics of the hotel to us, including the room types and what was in the room. They were very professional, and after we checked in the room, someone led us how to get around. When we got to the room, there were intelligent facilities, the room was very warm, and there was no odor. When we needed room service, the staff was fast, had a good attitude, and provided enthusiastic service. I highly recommend it. It made me, a little potato from the south, experience the feeling of a little golden bean. Very good, highly recommended! ! !

Environment: Is it airtight? The smell from the braised food shop downstairs is coming in.
Service: Always staffed.
There are many restaurants nearby. It's a six or seven minute drive to the island, where you can see the flags and take a boat ride.

BBinguanyouParking is convenient, and it is nice to enjoy the scenery outside the city, and there is a small window that can be opened. The prices in the supermarket downstairs are very reasonable and very good.
The heating is strong and warm. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, and the shower door is not very scientific.
The dining environment on the 19th floor for breakfast is great. You can see Heilongjiang directly and the dishes are rich. Unfortunately, it was too cold when we went there at 8:00.
I wanted to continue it for another day, but forget it, let’s not talk about it.

LLance NgoRight opposite two attractions across the road. Likely use to be some fancy hotel but has since been under new management. Towel smells a little mouldy but location is great and service is excellent. The chef even came up to asked what I would like to have for breakfast and specially prepared me a local salted egg which is delicious. I was leaving early at 8am and the front staff starts the breakfast earlier so I can eat before I take a long bus ride.The room have aged with solid wood furniture which I have not seen in hotel for a while. But the service makes up for it. Oh yeah, bus station to Heihe or Harbin is nearby which could be useful for travelers.

SSolo Male - Long Term TravelThe room was adequate for a short stay, though the walls are quite thin, so you can hear people outside easily. The shower and toilet work, but they’re a bit worn and could use some maintenance. That said, the location is very convenient, just a short walk to the pedestrian street, and the price is fair for what you get. Overall, it's a decent option for one or two nights if you're not expecting luxury.

Vvictorwang98The overall feeling is good, the boss is very enthusiastic. He took the initiative to introduce the distribution of scenic spots and give travel suggestions.
The breakfast is very simple. I stayed for three days and two nights, and the breakfast was mainly light. The house is very clean. If you notify the front desk before going out, the room will be cleaned.
Since it is in the scenic area (in fact, the Wudalianchi scenic area is very large), you don’t have to worry about not being able to find a place to eat. There is a restaurant on the side of the hotel. The local specialties are mineral carp and brine tofu. It is recommended to taste it.
Suggestion: Update the relevant information of the hotel in a timely manner.
