The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very well. The staff were friendly and helpful, checking in and out quickly, and they even thoughtfully recommended nearby restaurants. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and tidy, revealing the thoughtful and discerning owner. Parking was conveniently located right outside, and there were plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, making it easy to explore. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hostess even gifted me a mooncake. This is a time-honored Heihe brand, and the warmth of the hostess made me feel right at home. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Heihe.

I booked an Ibis hotel during my trip to Heihe and was very satisfied. The room was simply and comfortably decorated, the bathroom had an automatic flush toilet, and the laundry room had a dryer and iron, which was very convenient. The staff were all very welcoming. The breakfast was also quite good.

The place was excellent, the room was very clean and tidy, just my style, and the facilities were complete. It was incredibly good value for money. The landlady was very welcoming, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it!

There were signs that someone had used the toilet, and it was so noisy all day because the room was assigned right in front of the check-in counter. It would be much better if they had just made the room at the quiet location. Still, I was satisfied with the facilities over all. Thank you for borrowed me charger :)

The hotel is okay, everything is clean and cozy, with a recent modern renovation. It's a bit far from the center, but you can easily get around town by taxi for 10 yuan. We went downtown every day. There's a dumpling shop and a grocery store nearby. There are also Russian restaurants in the center. It's convenient that there's a laundry room (free with detergent), but the washing machine and dryer don't work well. The staff is nice and helpful. We had an egg and coffee for breakfast, but the selection isn't great and they're more for Chinese guests. We upgraded our room for an extra fee.

Здравствуйте, жили одни сутки, удобное расположение от автовокзала 3 минуты, до железнодорожного вокзала 3 минуты пешком, поэтому и выбрали, потому что рядом с вокзалами и рано утром уезжать. Администратор, приветливая, вызвала такси до Хуафу, обратно далековато, но прогулялись. Относительно чисто, полотенца, средства гигиены были, холодильник, кондиционер. Единственный минус - китайцы курили всю ночь. В целом, за такую сумму и кому на одну ночь и уезжать утром, как нам, то можно заселится.

The room was quite spacious, enough for two or three people to move around comfortably. The facilities were basic but met the essential needs. The cleanliness was good, and the bedding was safe to use. The service was acceptable; the breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor was delicious, with a good variety of dishes and generous portions. However, I noticed that there weren't enough bowls, plates, and spoons; the restaurant staff hadn't washed them properly, and guests were using paper cups instead.

The hotel is close to the bus and train stations. A night market on a pedestrian street is a 5-7-minute walk away. There are pharmacies, a couple of cafes, and shops nearby. There are also many auto repair shops nearby, which was a bit of a disappointment. We booked a room with two queen-size beds, but we were given twin beds. The room is cleaned daily. Since the room was located near the road, it was very noisy; the traffic noise and road construction made it difficult to sleep. The TV wouldn't turn on; it was unclear how to turn it on. A toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and shower gel were provided only once, but towels were changed daily. The staff was friendly. There is no refrigerator in the room.

Были вдвоём с дочерью- нам всё очень понравилось. Кровати, подушки- очень удобные, постельное и банные принадлежности- белоснежные, хорошего качества. Душевая кабина - красивая, вода холодная, горячая. Каждый день приносили воду, тапочки, т.бумагу через день. Работает кондиционер, есть чайник, фен. Правда телевизор- только на китайском. Шторы открываются с пульта. Номер наш был свободный, поэтому мы заселились в 11.00, сразу после прибытия. Далековато от всех магазинчиков, ни ничего- ездили на такси, там его поймать не проблема. Рядом много кафэшек- можно перекусить. Обратно за до. плату нас отвезли сама женщина с рецепшена. Будем ещё в Китае- остановимся в этом же номере.
