Hangzhou Hotels with Pools

The location is great , 100 meters away from metro station. The hotel room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are separated. There's a convenient shop and restaurants nearby The staff are helpful and friendly, just that they are too occupied and sometimes we have to wait for them to attend to us.. Will definitely come again.

We received warm welcome. Overall excellent service from hotel staff to the restaurants. We had a happy and enjoyable stay at the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree. Highly recommend this place. After staying at the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree for 3 nights, we went on to stay at the Shanghai on the bund Bayan Tree. We experienced a stark contrast in service from the front desk staff from the bund Banyan Tree. We wondered why they kept stopping us from getting into the room that we have booked for. In the end, we went through changing 3 rooms before they finally gave us the correct facing room. So, beware of the Shanghai on the Bund Banyan Tree and do not believe in the free upgrade or upsize room. We rejected the first corner room only to be given another corner room at the other end that were both warm and uncomfortable. The staff kept assuring us that they were bigger rooms and better view than the Panorama Riverside Retreat-King room that we have booked for but we want the room that we have booked. Why can't they give us the right room in the first place and have to made us go through changing from one room to another. A clear dishonest play here. We missed the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree front desk staff.

We had a wonderful stay in Amber House Hotel. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed and love the food. We would love to stay here next time. Fantastic location, great breakfast, awesome lake view, and excellent service. My wife and I were looking forward to using the pool, but unfortunately it's only open in the summer (closed from the 5th of September, always good to check the fine print). In fact, after mentioning this to Trip and the hotel management, we managed to get a fair compensation. That was very thoughtful. I'd highly recommend this hotel and will likely come back again.

We only stayed here for one night but there were many aspects that really wowed us about this hotel. The location of this hotel to the west lake is only a 20 min walk or a brief 10 min bike ride. Definitely go by bike, there’s good bike lanes all along the way. The breakfast at this hotel really blew us away. A ton of freshly made (literally in front of you) and high quality food with a lot of choices. They recently opened a bar and they had live music at night. We got a complementary drink because it’s new and trying to attract new customers and it was tasty.

The hotel was wonderful, right next to a subway station, a mask across the street with lots of food options. The breakfast was great, they had a lot of western and Chinese choices, and they tasted good. The staff is very friendly, all in all they made my families short trip memorable.

We had a wonderful experience spending time in Hangzhou, especially at this hotel. We rented a car, so the location didn't matter to us, but it was a 20-minute drive to West Lake. Next to the hotel, there's a Starbucks and a Domino's Pizza, which made our first night of stay pretty great. The breakfast had enough options to choose from, and the food was quite fresh. The front desk staff was very friendly and nice, and they answered our questions very patiently.

The hotel is great, easy to get in and out, and there are many dining facilities around. The room facilities are very exquisite. The only thing is that the air conditioning is not right. It shows that the room temperature is 19 degrees, but it is actually very hot. You need to adjust it to 16 degrees to get air from the air conditioner. It was a bit hot when I fell asleep. The executive lounge on the fifth floor is very suitable for business negotiations and very convenient. The breakfast is in the form of morning tea, which is very good. It is worth recommending.

The scenery of Hangzhou in April is absolutely top-notch. How can you enjoy Hangzhou during the Qingming Festival? First of all, I made sure that I had to book a room in a scenic area. I could reach it by walking or riding a bike even if there was a huge traffic jam outside, so I chose the familiar Yaguquan Villa. The hotel itself has a very high greening rate. The key is that there is an ancient teahouse path in the hotel, and you can reach the beautiful turtle pond in Aohao Bay in 3 minutes (Figure 1-6). There is also good news. Hellobike can be ridden directly to the hotel bicycle parking area, which is a normal parking area. The hotel's software service is also very nice. When I checked in, there happened to be a Mr. Ji at the front desk who was enthusiastic and very skilled in business. He understood my request in seconds before I finished speaking. The communication was extremely smooth and he knew everything about the surrounding area of ​​the hotel. On the afternoon of my stay in the courtyard, the excavator was digging cables. Although it was promised that it would be closed before 2:30 pm, it still had a certain impact on my stay. After knowing this, Mr. Ji took the initiative to offer me a double set meal. Since I had ordered a meal out in the evening, it was replaced with breakfast for my son during my stay. In short, the crisis public relations ability is very strong, good reviews, and I will come again during the osmanthus season.
