I was traveling with my 75-year-old mother and I applied to the hotel to upgrade to a king-size bed room with a better view. The hotel housekeeper arranged for the room to be on the highest 6th floor. The room overlooks the mountain peaks and overlooks the outdoor swimming pool. When we checked in, it was nearly 17 o'clock in the afternoon. There were no other guests at the front desk. The front desk staff neglected to introduce us to the operating hours of the dining hall in the store. After we washed and tidied up, it was almost 20 o'clock in the evening. We asked what was in the dining hall. When we asked for the menu, we were told that the chef would get off work at 20pm. As a result, we had to give up and go to the restaurant for dinner. Then we asked when the evening desserts would be served? The front desk staff quickly apologized on WeChat for neglecting to introduce the service details, and sent two extra desserts on the first night. The service staff in red clothes in the guest rooms always have friendly smiles on their faces, which makes people feel comfortable. They also proactively tell us that they can contact us at any time if they have any other service requirements. Because my flight was late on the day of departure, I specifically requested a late check-out at 16:00 from the hotel front desk so that my mother and I could have a good rest. The front desk housekeeper agreed after applying. Thank you! The outdoor pool is amazing! The scenery is as shown in the picture. There are lifeguards at various points outside. On one side is the blue sky and white clouds, and on the other side is the rainbow hanging high in the dark clouds. Swimming outdoors and admiring the natural scenery is really memorable. Does it seem that the swimming pools of small budget hotels in Guilin are open to the public? Children and parents can be seen everywhere during the summer vacation, which breaks the quiet feeling enjoyed by the residents. The room is large and equipped with a floor-standing clothes drying rack and an ironing machine, which is very convenient. The downside is that the shower room is small, and it is inconvenient to turn around to take a shower. There is no body lotion, but it is ok and does not affect my overall recommendation for this hotel! Personally, I think it is a hotel worth choosing. It is the only way to go out of the city to the Longji Rice Terraces. It only takes 30 minutes to drive to Liangjiang Airport without traffic jams. All in all, it was a worthwhile trip to choose this small hotel, thank you!

In the Ronghu scenic area, the yellow building next to the hotel is the former residence of Bai Chongxi (under repair), and there is also a landscape residence under construction next to it. The hotel is located in the Republic of China period, and there are some old objects and old photos on display. We asked for a room facing the park. The room was large and comfortable, which reminded me of my parents' large room on the second floor of the old house on Nanshan Road when I was a child. It was surprising that the toiletries were L'Occitane, and there was no problem with the hot water supply, which dispelled our concerns about the old house. Maybe it was because of the off-season? There were not many guests in the hotel. At breakfast, we met a tourist family from Tokyo. We sat together to discuss the necessity and possibility of Guilin's improvement as an old tourist city. It is estimated that there is a big gap between the overall and other cities. I sincerely hope that Guilin can truly achieve the world's best landscapes and the world's best service awareness.

A very satisfying resort hotel! We arrived on the fifth day of the Chinese New Year, and it was already the peak of the return trip, so there was no one in the hotel. We rented the place for ourselves, haha~ It was very quiet and comfortable~ There was a parent-child playground in the swimming pool. It was a hotel built in a flower base. It was very large, and the air around was very good. There were many welcoming pines planted~ However, Guilin was rainy and foggy those days~ I highly recommend this hotel, the room is very large with a terrace, and I didn't want to go out to play when I stayed in the hotel~ The waiters were very polite! 1k+ a night is worth it~

When checking in, I found that there was only one staff member at the front desk and even in the entire lobby. 3. A hotel promotes tea flavor, but the whole lobby is filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. 4. The wifi does not have a password because it is very stuck. I reported this situation to the front desk staff before going out in the afternoon. The staff said that each room has its own wifi. I said that our room did not have it and the room next door did. The staff said they would contact you later to check. 5. When I returned to the hotel at 10:30 in the evening, there was no one in the lobby or even the front desk. 6. When I returned to the room, I found that there was still no wifi in the room. After contacting the front desk, the front desk said that there was no wifi in the room, only wifi in the entire hotel. I said that in the afternoon, the staff said that there was wifi in the room. The front desk asked me to order in a very impatient tone! open! wifi! since! Self! look! look! Is there any wifi in the room? It says they only have one wifi in the hotel. I said, why is there one in the next room? The front desk said they would contact the engineering department to check and get back to me. They didn't contact me again until I checked out. 7. There are no welcome fruits or moxa leaf foot baths. Attached are proof of network lag and screenshots of wifi in the next room.

The environment is quiet and far away from the city center. The hotel calls itself a scene, which is the natural style I like. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, but the coffee was not good. Maybe we made a late reservation for dinner because of the large number of guests. We had to wait for an hour. It is recommended to book a dinner time with the butler in advance. The Osprey Night Tour is highly recommended, both children and adults like it. You can also see the stars in the sky on the river. My only regret is that I only stayed in Guilin for one night this time, so I couldn't fully enjoy the artistic and natural atmosphere of the hotel. I will stay for a few more days next time.

The hotel is designed with mahogany as the main color, filled with a strong Chinese style atmosphere, and plays a good leading role in promoting tea culture. The waiter arranged a bathtub room for us, and it was particularly comfortable to drink a cup of tea after taking a bath.
