Inconsistent Housekeeping & Service: Housekeeping missed restocking basic amenities during the stay. Even worse, after specifically requesting extra towels at the reception, they were never delivered. Disappointing Breakfast Selection: The breakfast buffet lacked variety, serving the exact same items every single day. Compared to other hotels in China at a lower price point, the food and overall value fell significantly short. Verdict: Given the service lapses, repetitive dining options, and out-of-the-way location, the value for money simply isn't there. I would not recommend staying here, especially for business travelers who value efficiency and reliable service."

Overall room and amenities are quite good but if another guest does not follow the rules and smoke in their room, the rooms along the floor are all affected and will smell heavily of 2nd hand smoke. Although it's not a smoking room. But generally very good. Very clean. Will visit again soon."
