"We brought our daughter and a friend to the Sofitel Louvre for a weekend getaway. The hotel's decor is luxurious and elegant, with a strong French ambiance. Every detail is exquisite and captivating, making it perfect for photos. The 11th-floor Le Bar offers stunning views, with expansive high-altitude scenery. Although the outdoor lawn is for viewing only and not for recreation, it's a very pleasant spot to relax and chat. The staff at Le Bar were gentle, attentive, and responded promptly, treating guests with humility and politeness. The concierge and front desk team were professional and efficient, handling check-ins, luggage storage, and route inquiries with patience and meticulousness, always proactively helping to coordinate any requests. I also managed to experience the hotel's SPA; the environment was quiet and elegant, and the therapist's techniques were professional and soothing, relieving days of fatigue. The experience was excellent. I'd particularly like to commend Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby. She was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, proactively introducing the hotel's amenities and kindly recommending areas suitable for family relaxation. Her communication was both gentle and professional. Our room was clean and tidy, and the swimming pool, fitness center, and other facilities were all excellent. From the hardware facilities to the service from every staff member, everything was impeccable. It's a perfect choice for families traveling together. Our stay this time was a perfect 10, and it's definitely worth revisiting."

"Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying! The hotel's location is excellent, with a plethora of dining options nearby, making it incredibly convenient for meals and shopping. Pros: - **Exceptional Service**: All my special requests made during booking were perfectly accommodated. They successfully arranged connecting rooms, a non-smoking floor, and even granted a late check-out. The staff's service attitude and efficiency were outstanding. - **Spacious & Well-Equipped**: I stayed on a renovated floor, and the room was very spacious, feeling open and not at all cramped. The air conditioning was incredibly powerful, able to reach a satisfyingly low temperature, which was a blessing for someone sensitive to heat. Cons: - **Details Needing Improvement**: Although the room interior had been renovated, the bathroom clearly hadn't been updated alongside it, appearing a bit old-fashioned. - The bathroom door didn't close smoothly and tended to not shut completely unless forced. Summary: Despite the minor flaws with the bathroom and door, these issues didn't overshadow the positives. The excellent location, spacious rooms, and attentive service made this a truly enjoyable stay. Overall, I highly recommend it!"

"Extremely satisfied! It's a fantastic place for families with kids, and the outdoor pool kept the little ones entertained and happy. We received a free upgrade and late check-out, and the Executive Lounge, service, and facilities were all excellent. Special shout-out to Ms. Ke at the front desk – she was incredibly warm and thoughtful, and even helped us with recommendations for nearby attractions. "Staying at the Marriott Foshan, right in the heart of Qiandeng Lake, is truly a top-tier luxury experience! The front desk staff upgraded my room to one with a balcony. The location, view, and service are all exceptional. I fell in love with it after just one stay. Opening the door, I was immediately amazed by the floor-to-ceiling windows and the balcony overlooking Qiandeng Lake. During the day, the lake view is stunning, and in the evening, when the lights come on, the night view is breathtaking. The warm lighting creates a wonderful ambiance, and the bedding is so soft, like sinking into clouds – I fell asleep as soon as I hit the bed. The marble bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, a huge bathtub, and high-end amenities. All the facilities at this five-star hotel are comprehensive, so no need to pack a ton of luggage for business trips. Don't miss the panoramic glass dome pool on the 5th floor, and the fully equipped gym + yoga room!"

"The room was huge and there were 2 toilets. There was also a welcome fruits plate for us. The hotel breakfast had a very good view because it was on the highest floor. The staff service was pretty good too because they lent us a China number to book tickets online. Our door was faulty and they got it fixed while we were having breakfast. Halfway through breakfast they came to return us our keys and report to us that they had fixed the issue."

"Loved my stay here! The lake-view room offered stunning views of Yayee Park and a distant glimpse of Foshan TV Tower. The room was spacious and bright, with smart controls that were easy to use. It was impeccably clean and tidy, and the hot water was plentiful and consistent. Plus, the minibar drinks were complimentary! The hotel is very thoughtful; on the 13th floor, next to the laundry room, there's a scenic corridor where you can relax and enjoy the view while waiting for your clothes. Breakfast was also high-quality, a great blend of Western and Chinese options. They even had local Foshan specialties like Chen Cun noodles and Lun Jiao cakes, alongside toast and salad. I didn't have time to try the gym or the infinity pool this time, but I'll definitely make sure to next visit. The front desk staff and the manager in black were incredibly genuine and attentive, patiently answering my questions with a smile. They even recommended Qixiangji, a local chicken restaurant, which turned out to be fantastic!"

"This time, I was in Foshan for a business trip and stayed at this hotel several times. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Qiandeng Lake, where I could take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the breeze. It was also very convenient to take a taxi to shopping areas for meals, which was a great convenience for business travelers. The check-in process was smooth. The front desk staff, Shirley, Lucas, and May, were very courteous and didn't just mechanically go through the motions. Their communication was gentle and efficient. On several occasions, when I had small last-minute requests, their response was prompt, and they genuinely helped coordinate and resolve issues. I could feel that their service came from the heart, not just superficial pleasantries. The guest rooms were spacious and airy with excellent natural light. The room was well-maintained and clean, with the desk and bathroom corners meticulously tidied. The bedding was soft and comfortable, providing a great way to relieve fatigue after a busy day. The bathroom had ample and stable water pressure, making for a good daily experience. The hotel's public areas were grand and elegant, and the lobby and corridors were kept very clean. It was comfortable to relax in the lobby during downtime. The breakfast selection was rich, offering both Cantonese dim sum and Western light meals, with hot food replenished promptly, catering to various tastes. The gym and swimming pool were well-equipped, making it convenient to squeeze in a workout between business engagements. Of course, it wasn't absolutely perfect, and there's a little room for improvement in a few minor details, but overall, the minor flaws don't overshadow its excellence. Whether for business or a short leisure trip, this hotel is a great choice. My entire stay was reassuring and relaxing, and the dedication of the service team was genuinely felt. When I return to Foshan in the future, I will still prioritize staying here and would gladly recommend it to friends who are traveling."

"Service: Arrived in Foshan late at night for check-in. The front desk lady was very warm and conversational. I received a complimentary suite upgrade, breakfast, welcome tea, and self-service discount vouchers – very thoughtful and comprehensive. Environment: The decor is a bit dated, showing its age from previous years, but it's very clean, odor-free, and meticulously maintained."

"A truly perfect stay! If you're coming to Shunde, the Midea Marriott is definitely the right choice. Directly opposite is Shunde Fengshan Park, home to Asia's largest archway, and just across the road to the left-rear is Shunde Mixc Mall – talk about convenient! The hotel's underground parking is also very easy to use. If you book an executive room, you'll be placed on the executive floors (27th-29th). It's really pleasant to just pop into the executive lounge on the 28th floor whenever you like. Not to mention, the Chinese restaurant on the hotel's 2nd floor is both clean and delicious, highly recommended!"
