GGuest UserThe room was spacious, bright, clean, and hygienic! The customer service staff (a young man) had an excellent attitude! When we checked out, he overheard us talking about our plans to go hiking and even proactively asked if we needed more bottled water, giving us some water and fruit. My family and I were all very impressed!

AAllemunI booked a suite at the Mercure but was unable to check in at 1:30 pm as planned. The front desk staff explained apologetically that the hotel had been full the previous night and the rooms were still being cleaned. We were advised to leave our luggage with the concierge and wait for a message on WeChat when the room was ready.
By 3:30 pm, we returned to check again. When I asked a staff member about my room, she said it was still not ready. We waited by the counter while the three staff on duty chatted among themselves instead of assisting guests. After another 30 minutes, I followed up. At that point, they asked my name and I was finally given the room key.
The hotel has only one slow lift serving Mercure guests. Another lift for the private residences can be used, but access requires crossing to another wing from the ground floor.
Service quality was inconsistent. One morning, I called ahead to request that the room not be cleaned but asked for fresh towels, toilet paper, and bottled water to be left outside the door instead. Although the staff acknowledged this request, I returned in the evening to find the room cleaned and no supplies provided.
On another occasion, the toilet became clogged late at night. When I called the front desk at 11:30 pm, I was told housekeeping had ended for the day and would only resume at 9 am. The staff advised me to use the public restrooms on level 1 in the meantime. Unfortunately, when I came back to the room the next afternoon around 3 pm, the toilet was still clogged and the room hadn’t been serviced.
Overall, the hotel’s location is convenient and breakfast reasonably tasty (though with a limited selection). However, the front desk service and housekeeping standards fall short of expectations for a property under the Mercure brand.

The front desk service was professional and efficient, with a seamless check-in and check-out process, and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and well-arranged, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful sleep. The cleanliness met standards and was meticulously done. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, balancing both Chinese and Western choices, and items were refilled promptly. The gym and public areas were well-maintained, and the overall environment was quiet and orderly. All in all, it offered good value for money, suitable for business trips and short holidays. I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

It's a relatively new hotel, having opened in 2023. The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable, with single beds measuring 1.35 meters. The bedding is clean and cozy. The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Qiandeng Lake and Wanda Plaza, meaning there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, there's the Aeon bus service from Foshan to Shenzhen, which is quite convenient. All in all, I had a pretty good experience!

This stay far exceeded my expectations, and the main credit absolutely goes to the two front desk staff members, Derrick and Kevin! From the moment I checked in, both of them displayed extreme professionalism and warmth. They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, from room type preferences and parking directions to recommendations for local attractions. Their explanations were clear, well-organized, and incredibly thoughtful, without a hint of perfunctoriness.
During my stay, whenever I had a small question and contacted the front desk, Derrick was quick to respond and even proactively followed up on the resolution progress, which put me completely at ease. Kevin, on the other hand, always paid attention to details, actively helped with my luggage, and reminded me about weather changes. These small touches truly showed his attentiveness. Their service was not only professional and efficient but also delivered with genuine warmth, adding a sense of belonging to what could have been an unfamiliar journey.
The hotel's hardware facilities and environment were already good, but with excellent service staff like Derrick and Kevin, the overall experience was elevated significantly! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time and look forward to experiencing their exceptional service once more.

Although it faced a main road, the soundproofing was effective once the windows were closed. The elevator didn't require a card for either going up or down; I think it should require a card for upward travel to better ensure the safety of the apartment residents.

MM509971****Overall, it's pretty good – like a rural version of Chimelong, with everything you'd expect. You can enjoy rides, paddle boats, and splash around in the water; the kids had a blast. We bought a package deal for the scenic area and hotel, which was convenient and quick.
Coincidentally, we saw fireworks being set off by nearby residents that evening 🎇.
The most amazing thing was that every restroom in the scenic area had many fresh lilies, which smelled wonderful.
