MMS.daxiaojieI was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. It's quite new and the service was excellent. The room size was adequate, though there wasn't a bathtub. Both the bathroom and hallways were quite spacious. With electronic curtains and smart services, it's very appealing to younger guests. The lobby and the 20th-floor bar also boast a very modern and fresh design.
There's an indoor swimming pool and a gym, though the gym is a little on the small side. Breakfast was quite substantial, and parking was convenient. The nearby Rongqi area offers numerous dining options, including many authentic local restaurants. Overall, it's an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway.
The front desk staff member was very friendly. The hotel maintains strict management, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment, which makes it a popular choice for families and couples on summer vacations. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, which I personally really appreciate. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserCommunications in English was extremely challenging at times. However, with assistance with train tickets, Transport, on our final day from 'Superman' known as Thomas Timothy, he arranged for our lunch, transport to station and on time to catch our train to Hong Kong and then have some gifts delivered all made possible with the exceptional and outstanding assistance of Thomas. It's amazing how individuals can make such a difference to guest's stay experience. A shout out to new employee in the lobby; Season, who went out of his way to assist with transport on our first morning.
The room was amazing, with a super modern bathroom and motorised screen and blinds at the huge window. A comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep both nights.
We would definitely stay there again.

Room: very comfortable. The bed / Mattress is exceptionally comfortable!
Facilities: swimming pool is excellent . The gym is at good size - however too many people are using the gym.
Restaurant: buffet breakfast contains variety of foods including Chinese, Japanese and Western style. Restaurant staff are excellent.
Staff: extremely helpful, polite . Special thanks to Hector, Hedy Xie, Jerry Zhou, Renata Huang working at the main hall. Jerry solved a lot of problems about how to use WeChat. Really appreciate!

EE.C. FamilyWe're leaving the Hilton Shunde today very, very disappointed. I ate some old shrimp the day I arrived at this hotel, which gave me a rash overnight. I went to the pharmacy to buy my medicine. Until then, many of the staff seemed very concerned. And I believe they were. On the second day (today), I had episodes of intense abdominal cramps and almost fainted in the hotel restaurant. You can watch the videos if you want. Two employees even noticed I wasn't feeling well, so I asked for water and went to my room. The hotel staff are spectacular, but I felt a lack of concern from management as time went on. At first, they were very helpful, but then they seemed to disbelieve. Someone at the front desk, I believe a manager, told my husband that they were ”looking into the matter” and that they weren't sure if the shrimp was actually what had hurt me. What???? Was I lying? We missed two days of our trip with our kids because I ate some bad food. And the hotel offered us an upgrade if we wanted to stay and pay for an extra night. Money isn't the issue, but we felt distrusted by the hotel management. I regretted not mentioning at the lounge that the shrimp tasted spoiled and old. I only told my husband. I could have told the hotel staff. I arrived at this Hilton thinking it was a Hilton like the others we've been to, but I saw a huge difference. Especially in ”Miki's” statement: ”We're not sure if it was the shrimp that did the problem.” We are very very very disappointed. I hope it not happening with another guest. Never.

MMichael Olczakthis is one of the best hotel I have ever slept in. Convenient location, next to subway station the shopping mall. Rooms are spacious, bed is big and very comfortable, it has bath tub, swimming pool, great restaurant, breakfast is so delicious, most of all, staff is very helpful and friendly, I would like to thank especially the hostess 小坤(Xiao Kun) who guided me through my stay and helped me with her assistance. She helped me with and umbrella during the rain and instructed me about all the hotel facilities, so I knew how to find everything in the hotel. Wish.could stay longer, I recommend it.to everyone travelling to Guangzhou.
