This is our second stay in an Atour family room. The hotel environment is comfortable, the staff are polite and enthusiastic, and the rooms are clean and tidy with a great view. It's also just a few minutes' walk to Fisherman's Wharf, which is very convenient.

The hotel environment is comfortable, and there's a souvenir shop right next door, which is very convenient. Across the street, you can explore the old street. Fisherman's Wharf is just a 10-minute walk away, making it super accessible. The hotel amenities are complete, with a free self-service laundry room and gym – definitely a plus! The front desk service was enthusiastic, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was pretty good, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western buffet options. Great value for money, I highly recommend it!

I chose the newly opened Baxi Hotel for my business trip to Shunde this year. As a long-time Ctrip user, my stay at Baxi far exceeded my expectations, so I decided to write a review for everyone's reference. On the day of arrival, the front desk staff helped me retrieve my luggage from the car right at the entrance. Check-in was very quick, and they proactively informed me about the dedicated elevator, breakfast times, and parking location. My first impression upon entering the room was how clean and comfortable it was. There was also a faint, pleasant scent in the room. The bedding was fluffy and soft, and the mattress was just right in terms of firmness (I specifically checked, and it was a branded deep-sleep mattress), so even those with back issues would sleep well. After a busy day, lying down felt completely relaxing. The room's soundproofing was excellent; I noticed they had added soundproofing strips, so I could barely hear any noise from the corridor or adjacent rooms, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. I especially want to commend the water pressure at this hotel. The hot water flow was strong and consistent in temperature. The rain showerhead felt like a massage on my body while showering, and the Laifen hairdryer was so comfortable to use that it's now on my wishlist! The river view room offered expansive views from the window, high up, overlooking the Desheng River. The next morning, I enjoyed breakfast. The variety was extensive, with hot dishes, pastries, coffee, and fruit all well-stocked, and the taste was definitely on point. Midway through, I requested an extra set of toiletries, and the butler delivered them very quickly after I called the front desk – very responsive. I must mention the unique features of this hotel that set it apart from others. Besides a hidden gem Zen cultural hall, there's also a tea culture hall. The highly-rated Dejingxuan restaurant, a 'must-eat' spot, is on the fourth floor, offering river views and delicious food, all just an elevator ride away for relaxation. To the left of the hotel entrance is the popular Fisherman's Wharf. This saved me time on planning and travel, which was perfect for someone with a tight schedule like me. Overall, the service, hardware, amenities, and cleanliness perfectly matched the price. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend it to all my friends!

Everything about this hotel is pretty great. The front desk staff always greeted me with a smile when I came and went, and the restaurant auntie was so enthusiastic about recommending the local specialty, wonton noodles. The bedding was super comfortable, and the windows were bright and spacious, yet soundproof, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location is also very convenient for transportation; you can just grab an electric scooter and head to Fisherman's Wharf! Highly recommend!

Choosing Hilton was definitely the right decision. The security guard at the entrance was very polite when we parked, and the front desk staff was friendly and patient. Initially, there was a small issue during check-in where I got a bit upset about the room and complained. Manager Ryssin understood the situation and patiently provided a reasonable explanation, which immediately calmed me down, and he quickly helped resolve the problem. I have to give a thumbs-up 👍🏻. This kind of attitude and service made me feel very comfortable, and that's what matters, especially since the outcome left me very satisfied. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. It's very close to Fisherman's Wharf, and there's a mall right next to it, making dining very convenient. During my stay, Manager Ryssin also checked in with me to see how things were going and offered his help if I needed anything. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time; they truly delivered on emotional value.

The windowless room was great; as soon as I closed the door, I fell into a deep sleep. The front desk staff was also very nice and quickly resolved any issues I brought up. They even contacted me promptly when I left something behind. The facilities and environment are up to Vienna Hotel's standard. Highly recommended! Ordering takeout was also very convenient, and the dim sum on the third floor is definitely a local favorite – really good!

The room was quite spacious, but someone was smoking in the lobby and the front desk didn't seem to stop them. They also allow pets, which I found a bit off-putting. Breakfast: The lady cooking noodles was incredibly grumpy; she didn't even react when I asked for a bowl of noodles, her attitude was just awful. By 9:30 AM, there was practically nothing left. They barely refilled anything, and whatever was put out was immediately snatched up by families. The cleaning service was also lagging; there were dirty dishes everywhere. The cleaning staff only cleared the plates, bowls, and trash, but the placemats were still dirty, and the tablecloths weren't changed. The chopsticks didn't seem to be sterilized; they were wet and placed in a basket. There wasn't even hot water. Initially, I thought the room was pretty good, very spacious, and the air conditioning had a deflector to prevent direct drafts. Even with the strange steam in the bathroom, the overall feeling was pleasant. However, the breakfast experience was extremely poor and incredibly disorganized.

My stay at the Mehood Lestie Hotel (Foshan Fisherman's Wharf Branch) was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to Fisherman's Wharf, perfect for watching the sunset and browsing the market in the evening. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. The staff provided attentive service, proactively helping with luggage and recommending local delicacies. The breakfast was abundant, with both Chinese and Western options, and tasted delicious. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Foshan!

Chinese New Year is around the corner, and I've been traveling a lot for work. I booked this hotel online, and it definitely didn't disappoint! I have to say, the front desk staff, especially the young lady, had amazing service – so warm and welcoming. The room was also very clean and comfortable. It was a really good experience, definitely worth recommending!

This was the cheapest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. I initially thought the quality might suffer because of the low price, but that wasn't the case at all. The environment was still clean and tidy, and the service was very professional. A special shoutout to Xiao Zhang at the front desk – she was beautiful, kind-hearted, and provided excellent service with a warm smile.
