GGuest UserOur stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, with convenient transportation links making it easy to get anywhere. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly until morning. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Overall, it offered a wonderful blend of comfort and warmth. It's perfectly suited for couples, friends, or families traveling with children. Rreiko_maiThe hotel environment and hygiene were quite good, and overall, I had a pleasant stay. It's not luxurious, but it's good value for the price. However, in my room, the sliding door between the bed and the bathroom was very difficult to open. A woman would need a lot of strength to pull it. Both times I used the restroom, I got stuck inside and needed help to open the door to get out. Also, my child is 11, and usually, other hotels offer free breakfast for kids his age, but this hotel charged extra. It wasn't a huge issue though, as the staff were very friendly. The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was quite mediocre. If you're on a weekend leisure trip with kids, you might consider eating out as Shunde has so many delicious options.

GGuest UserThe room had large, floor-to-ceiling windows, but it was quite basic and plain; I'm not sure how else to describe it! The shower room was really odd – whatever you do, don't close the wooden door on the outside, or you might not be able to open it again! Staying in a hotel like this for such a high price really 'hurt' (was painful/disappointing); it was absolutely not worth it! Luckily, the service was quite good. There were very few dedicated parking spots near the hotel, and by the time I arrived at night, I couldn't get one. A security guard came down and walked with me a little ways to the hotel.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and the bathroom had no unpleasant smells. The decor was very stylish and luxurious. The location is great, with direct access to a shopping mall downstairs. The hotel staff were warm and attentive. My only minor quibble is that the tea in the Chinese restaurant was a bit warm close to closing time, and the tea itself wasn't very strong. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

玩玩樂的心The Sheraton was an absolute blast; my stay there was perfect. The hotel boasts an elegant and grand ambiance, with beautiful garden views. It's fully equipped with a constant-temperature pool and a gym. There are plenty of activities for families with kids, so you can easily spend the whole day swimming and strolling around without getting bored. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with excellent soundproofing. Their signature 'Sweet Sleeper' bed is incredibly soft and fluffy; lying on it instantly relaxes you, guaranteeing a full night's sleep. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, is clean and tidy, and all amenities are well-stocked. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views. The staff provides thoughtful and attentive service, handling everything efficiently. It's perfect for both a relaxing vacation and a short getaway. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. This will definitely be my top choice for future trips.

GGuest UserWhen I booked, I was a little worried the place might be too old, and that the two-bedroom villa would have a strange layout. Turns out, my worries were completely unfounded; the stay was very comfortable. The complimentary dragon boat craft activity and welcome gifts were a nice touch. The villa butler was very polite, and even when a minor issue came up, it was resolved immediately. The complimentary desserts were delicious. The villa stay also included executive lounge access, which we didn't really use much. The one time we did go, it was very quiet and comfortable, a far cry from a crowded cafeteria. The stir-fried bean sprouts at the Chinese restaurant were excellent, and the roasted pigeon was the best I've ever had. I honestly think the Chinese restaurant's quality surpasses the popular 'influencer' restaurants in Lingnan Tiandi. Both Zumiao Ancestral Temple and Lingnan Xintiandi are within walking distance, and the Meland Sport next door is great for kids. If I ever visit Foshan again, I would gladly stay here.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and spacious. The balcony offered a view right into the heart of the lake, making it feel like we were staying in an ancient town. The natural scenery of the water town, with its flourishing flora and fauna, was beautiful. The various themed parks were also large, and it was very convenient and easy to navigate with our own stroller throughout.

First thing, if you want to find a reception of the hotel, you go to the given location, then look at the building to your right with the KFC and on the second floor, you can find the office / reception. You can climb up the stairs from behind the building. The stairs from the pedestrian street, not from the road.
Then they will give you the location and the code of your room. The apartments are in the nearby buildings, 10 minutes walk from the reception. So the location of the hotel given here on trip.com is just the reception, the apartments are not exactly on the lake.
Apartment was really nice, everything was clean. The bathroom is huge, it has a nice big shower. Beds were wide and soft. Balcony is also nice.
You will have a problem if you are a light sleeper, since the main door of the apartment is not thick. There is a 1cm gap between the floor and the door, also on the sides. So all the noise in the hall is literally in your room.
During this holiday a lot of families with kids were staying in the same building, so noises and cooking smells were all around.
But I must say, inside the room everything was tidy and good.

For anyone who enjoys a night out, I would recommend checking ******* for offers and visiting Mengtian Livehouse nearby, but there are other places too.
