Exceeded expectations, it was great! The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. What really stood out to me was that all the service staff could sit while working, which I think is excellent. I believe all hotel front desks should encourage sitting, there's no need to stand all the entire time. The bar on the 20th floor was very stylish, and the birthday decorations that the hotel helped arrange in advance were also lovely. The pool was very clean too. Highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, with convenient transportation links making it easy to get anywhere. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly until morning. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

This hotel was a last-minute booking, and it started impressing me the moment I arrived by car! Before I even got out, I asked the security guard at the entrance about the EV charging stations from inside the car. He patiently directed me and didn't rush us for blocking the entrance, which I really appreciated 👍👍. At the front desk, the lady was also very welcoming and quickly checked me in. Although my room wasn't upgraded and wasn't in a super quiet location, I was generally satisfied. The only minor drawback was that the outer window glass might not have been cleaned properly over time, making the view a bit blurry. The room size was good, with a separate shower and toilet, and comfortable bedding. The buffet breakfast and dinner didn't have a huge variety, but the food tasted great. The staff were very responsive to requests and even thoughtfully arranged takeaway boxes, which is something few hotels do. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back again!

Both the concierge and front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Since it was my birthday, I had a few special requests, and the staff remembered them all and executed them perfectly. 🎂 Birthday perks: For my dad's birthday, they arranged a room with a balcony. The room decoration was very thoughtful, and they even kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which wasn't originally included – truly heartfelt generosity. 🌃 Room: The riverside balcony is an absolute winner My favorite part was definitely the balcony! It offers unparalleled views directly overlooking the river. During the day, you can watch the shimmering waves, and at night, the twinkling city lights. Sitting on the balcony and feeling the breeze was incredibly therapeutic. After checking out, I realized I'd forgotten something, and they kindly arranged for it to be couriered to my home. Kitty and Ms. Wu – truly memorable service! I chose this hotel after seeing positive reviews, and although I initially planned to stay just one night and try another place, the service was so exceptional that I extended my stay for another night! The service, views, and attention to detail were all top-notch. This was an absolutely flawless stay.

Qiandeng Lake North Park is within walking distance, perfect for an evening stroll to enjoy the lake views and light show. 2. **Exceptional Value:** You get Marriott-level amenities at Courtyard prices. The 13th-floor dome-shaped heated pool, large gym, and steam room are shared with another property, but the pool's night view is absolutely stunning and a major highlight of this hotel. 3. **Spacious Rooms:** Rooms start from 40 sqm with floor-to-ceiling windows offering city views. There are no bathtubs, only showers. Each room includes a garment steamer, and the bedding is comfortable. Some room types come with a balcony (which requires staff to unlock). 4. **Great Location for Guangfo Area:** It's a short 10-15 minute taxi ride to Zumiao Temple and Lingnan Tiandi. Getting to Shunde for food is also convenient, making it ideal for a one-night stopover during a self-driving tour of Guangdong. 5. **Self-Service Laundry:** A self-service laundry room is available, which is very convenient for long trips.

Choosing Hilton was definitely the right decision. The security guard at the entrance was very polite when we parked, and the front desk staff was friendly and patient. Initially, there was a small issue during check-in where I got a bit upset about the room and complained. Manager Ryssin understood the situation and patiently provided a reasonable explanation, which immediately calmed me down, and he quickly helped resolve the problem. I have to give a thumbs-up 👍🏻. This kind of attitude and service made me feel very comfortable, and that's what matters, especially since the outcome left me very satisfied. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. It's very close to Fisherman's Wharf, and there's a mall right next to it, making dining very convenient. During my stay, Manager Ryssin also checked in with me to see how things were going and offered his help if I needed anything. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time; they truly delivered on emotional value.

The hotel was very clean and the soundproofing was excellent. I was a bit worried when I found out we were on the 3rd floor facing the street, especially with two kids, fearing they'd be woken up in the middle of the night. But it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The service was fantastic, really on point. I might have missed the call for our takeout delivery, so after calling the front desk, they immediately brought it up to our room. Before I even had a chance to ask for two extra toothbrushes and slippers, they thoughtfully sent them up, along with milk for the kids. Plus, the room included a buffet breakfast and dinner, which were delicious. The shrimp, in particular, were very fresh. Sometimes at buffets, the shrimp are frozen, but here they were great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I'm in the area.

My stay at Hilton Foshan was great overall. Jennifer handled my check-in, and she was efficient, professional, and patiently answered all my travel-related questions, even arranging my room preferences in advance. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool on the 6th floor for exercise and relaxation. There's a large, impressive fish tank in the lobby that kids love, and the hotel also has excellent children's facilities. The staff were very enthusiastic and responsive to any issues. It's a hassle-free stay whether you're here for business or with family. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Foshan.

I took my child out for Children's Day. Facilities: To be honest, the play facilities are a bit old, but there are many food options inside, and the prices are cheaper than X-Long. We chose the stargazing room, and my child loved it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Some hidden corners weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust in the room. The hotel package included access to the amusement park, but many facilities required additional payment, which felt a bit like a rip-off. What I did enjoy was the swimming and hot springs. It feels like Changlu really wants to be a resort, but perhaps due to the current economic downturn, it hasn't been able to maintain itself well. Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip. I hope Changlu improves!
