The best experience in west Hunan. The staff always friendly, smile service is normal at here. If you drive by yourself, staff can help you to park the vehicle. When you check in, you will get a welcome fruit and some Chinese local snack. There are shuttle bus go to Furong town, what’s kind of bus they have? it’s a MPV, come on it’s shock me so much. About the breakfast, there are many options to choose. You can collect the food like fried rice, fried rice noodles, eggs e.g., and also can order soup rice noodle at counter. The food isn’t spicy, that’ll so cool!

The B&B is not far from the Furong Town scenic area, and parking is also very convenient. If you go to the scenic area, the store will be responsible for pick-up and drop-off. The front desk girl is gentle and polite. The hotel has a Republican style and is very stylish. The room is small and has everything. When you open the French door, you can see the pastoral scenery and fresh air. Drink some tea and you will feel relieved from the fatigue of the journey.

It is 10km from Furonzhen. The taxi is not cheap. But it has the enormous advantage of being in the field. Very nice view. From there you can walk through the orchards and the grove. Wonderful silence at night. Good bed, sheets and shower. There is nothing to eat there, better to bring something.

AAnonymous UserThis store is great! The boss personally drives the Beijing off-road jeep to the pick-up station, which is safe and efficient! The store is in the scenic area, very close to Liu Xiaoqing's rice tofu shop, just down the slope. It is also very close to the performance venue at the gate of the scenic area, 5 minutes. It is not far from the waterfall. The balcony on the 3rd floor of the store faces east, and you can watch the sunrise on the balcony or in the room in the morning, which is a surprise! The hotel is decorated in Chinese style, with new facilities, smart toilets, Supor health pots, and Xiaomi TV speakers. The bedding is clean, the toiletries are complete, and the water cups have the logo of Yanyu Tianyuan, which pays great attention to details. The boss provides tickets to the scenic area and charters a car to nearby attractions. It is very thoughtful and the price is reasonable.

GGuest UserService was excellent here, each one of the workers was so friendly and gave us free fruit and snacks the day we arrived. They let us choose which room we wanted to stay in, and also organised pick ups to and from the hotel, which we really appreciate. View was lovely too and we were able to see the fireworks. Highly recommend staying here :)

NNicholas LooI had very good experience to stay in this hotel. 2 days before arrival to Furong town, our butler was called us for confirmation of high-speed rail station pick-up service with complimentary using 7 seaters Mercedes. The hotel come with amazing contemporary design and feel very warm. We are 2 adults and 2 kids were comfortable stay in the one double bed room. Since our room come with 2 breakfasts, the hotel also adds another 2 more breakfast vouchers for my children's (15 & 13 years old) without any charges. For the breakfast meal, we can rate it above average since they provided variety and quality food. Last, they also given us with small souvenir gift when we check out and fetch us to the station. About the location, it just 2 minutes walk to the ticket entrance and full of restaurants, grocery shop, farmasi, cafe along the walking journey. Overall, we are quite statified for our stay. Will stay again if visit Furong town.

GGuest UserThe staff is warm and considerate, just like family. Not only did they give us a detailed introduction to the ancient town's tour routes and delicious restaurants, they also helped us plan the itinerary. The breakfast was also great, all freshly made local specialties, which started a day full of energy. There is no need to worry about bringing children to play, they are super friendly to children, and the children are very happy. This accommodation experience is great, I will stay here next time I come to Furong Town, and I also recommend it to friends who want to come!

They also has a newly operated stir fry food stall offering local dishes and breakfast by owner's mom, wood fire cooking.

GGuest UserHassle free experience checking into this bed and breakfast accommodation. The staff will contact you a day before to offer discounted entrance tickets (90 yuan) and transportation by a private driver (20 yuan). We opted for both of these services and it was the best decision we’ve made. The driver will drop you off at the closest entrance to the town, where the staff will meet you in a tricycle to transport your suitcases to the accommodation. The pathway is dirt so it would have been a nightmare pulling our suitcases through this. The rooms are large but average. We can see half of the waterfall from our balcony. For breakfast it is simple soup noodle. They ran out of rice sticky dumplings by the time we got there and the staff did not refill it. The only standout was the outdoor dining area, you’ll get a full view of the town which was amazing without having to be surrounded by a large crowd. I did notice that some tourists managed to walk in and take some photos when the front desk was not staffed… which felt unfair as this was the most expensive accommodation we’ve paid whilst in china.

GGuest UserOwner makes effort to pre book tickets on behalf, and it is cheaper than purchasing on site. Owner pick us upon arrival and help us with the luggage. Also offered us additional mineral water. Great view from the room even though it is not the main waterfall. Noise from the street at night until 11pm can be heard from the room but it is not a big concern. The location of the stay is easily accessible to nearby waterfall. Only recommendation is the toilet steps in the room, which can be slippery. Overall highly recommended!

MMate S.Excellent stay in the middle of Furong Ancient Town with a very welcoming host who went out of his way to help us, be it buying discounted tickets to the Furong Scenic Area (which the hotel is located within), organizing a taxi pickup from the train station, or just being generally available via WeChat in case we had any issues or questions. The interior of our room looked amazing and our balcony offered an excellent view of one of the main bridges over the river. The bed was very comfortable as well and the wifi was fast and reliable. The only negative aspect as the bathroom which had several issues, from only stocking less than one roll of toilet paper, to the shower door being broken, plus a partial water outage on our check-out day (which is most likely not the hotel's fault though). If the bathroom situation is improved the this will easily become a 5 out of 5 choice in our eyes 👌

Inside the area u will find restaurants etc Owner(the one who receive us) is very responsive by trip.com chat or wechat, and he is very helpful. He told me to go around right after we arrived which is already late(23.30). He told me to see the waterfall at night first which is very beautiful because the light will be off at 24.00
